      Hi Charity,

We are sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced. However, please note that the plan you selected is a health insurance plan and not a dental plan. Dental plans are sold separately and available, just contact your health insurance agent.

      Kindest Regards,

I simply put my phone number into their system and i have not stopped receiving phone calls since 8am yesterday. anywhere from 5-30, minutes apart. non stop except at night. So annoying business may or may not be a scam but definitely not worth your time.

      Hello,

We are really sorry you are receiving those annoying phone calls but that was not us. We typically don't make outbound calls and usually communicate via sms and email. Also, we don't use any Texas area codes. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience but those calls did not come from us.

      Kindest Regards,

I'm receiving harassing robo calls and text associated with this business. The calls today alone have been minutes apart 15 so far today and counting, as well as text. The calls are from an overseas marketing group who is working for Boost Insurance Agency. The marketing firm which they call Boost Health Insurance uses fake local number to make you believe you're receiving a call from a local person when in fact 99% of the calls and text are located overseas and theyre working out of their Orange County, ********** office. I've asked for the calls to stop numerous times and told them my phone number is on a no call list all to no avail. I'm filing this BBB complaint, as well as have filed a FTC complaint and my next step if the calls and text continue is to file complaints with Georgia insurance commissioner's offices. Please investigate this claim, because this company is harassing people using robo phone numbers. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I'm received 4-5 calls per day from an overseas marketing group who is working for Boost Insurance Agency. The marketing firm which they call ********************** uses fake local number to make you believe you're receiving a call from a local person when in fact i'm 99% they're located overseas. I finally stayed on the line today long enough to get through to a supposed licensed agent in the **** named ********************* (not sure how to spell last name) said she was working out of their Orange County ** office. I've asked for the calls to stop numerous times and told them my phone number is on a no call list all to no avail. I'm not even ******** eligible at my age and have told them this, but again they keep calling. I'm starting by filing a BBB complaint and my next step if the calls keep coming is to file complaints with the *** and ********** and Georgia insurance commissioner's offices.

This company has called my cell phone over 50 times, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day asking for ****. I have told them to take me off the call list and I am not Rose every time they call. They continue to call and now are sending text's. They will use different numbers as well.

Hello, we apologize for any inconvenience as there can be a lot of calls during the annual enrollment period. However, we have attempted her three times (not 50) and once connected, marked **** as a do not call consumer as per her request and have ceased all calls moving forward.

I thank the company for finally taking me off their call list but they called more than 3 times and more close to 50. If they would like we, can carry this further by me showing all my call records from their company.

I wish they would be truthful in their response.

Boost and their telemarketing agents have been calling my number daily to solicit insurance even though my number is on the *** and has been for years. I am writing to demand settlement of these TCPA violations or evidence of consent to contact, and full disclosure of of where they acquired my information. I am requesting an acknowledgement of this demand by June 3rd.

On June 17, 2022, we spoke with **************** regarding his concerns about a mailer he had received from Boost Health Insurance Agency.  We explained that companies use public databases and other publicly available sources to collect names and addresses.  Boost purchases that publicly available data from those companies.  We told **************** that we immediately flagged his name and address internally so that if we receive his name and address from this date going forward, no mailers will be sent to him.  He is welcome to contact us at his convenience for any other concerns as he was a very nice man and we wish him the best.
