I initiated a claim with my insurance company to get my car repaired over two weeks ago. An adjuster came out, and I was told someone would follow up with me. Despite escalating the issue multiple times, it keeps getting passed around. My vehicle is in the shop waiting for repairs, and I currently have no transportation to get to work.

I purchased Broadened Collision auto insurance on 1/31/23 and listed my son as an additional driver on the policy and paid the $1,816.00 premium in full. On 6/14/23 I loaned my car to my sister, *************************** and my vehicle was struck by another vehicle. The driver admitted fault at the scene and the police report states the other driver was at fault. I submitted the claim to Progressive and they have denied my claim. On 7/5/23 I received an email from claim representative ***************************** requesting a copy of *******'s apartment lease to prove that she does not reside in my home. ******* did provide a photo of her lease to Progressive. On 7/7/23 the representative emailed me stating she needs a clear copy of *******'s lease with all pages with page numbers and stated she was attaching a Reservation of Rights and a document request. I received a LexisNexis Carrier Discovery Report containing names, addresses, vehicle information with VIN's and insurance history for three (3) different families. I immediately emailed ********************, informing that she forwarded me other families information in error. On 7/13/23, I received an email requiring me to provide *******'s driver's license, proof of her **********************, copies of her car registration, proof of transportation including anyone that gave her a ride, Uber, Lyft, etc. They are also demanding that I provide the bill of sale, registrations, titles, and maintenance records for all my vehicles. I called the representative on 7/26/23 informing that I do not have access to nor can I force ******* to provide any additional information. I also requested to speak with her supervisor Ms. ******* and was given the same demands. I received a letter from Progressive on 7/31/23 informing that because I did not provide the information, my case was closed. I contacted Ms. ******* supervisor, ***************************** on 7/31/23 and 8/3/23, neither of my calls have been returned. I am requesting to have the needed repairs made to my vehicle.

In early October I was involved in a car accident (I was rear ended and found NOT at fault by the police). Progressive is my car insurance company and they are handling my claim. Progressive is ignoring (not even responding to questions) my claim related questions (specifically my question around requesting a diminished value claim) despite numerous attempts to contact them (2 phone calls - one on 12/6 and one on 11/3, an email, and a text response on 12/5).The claims adjuster is Robtin ****** (Phone #************), below I will attach all of the correspondence where I reached out to Progresive (via my claims adjuster *****) and received NO response at all.
