I placed an online order with Camburg engineering in October 2020. The online purchase was for a Bilstein suspension kit for a **** ****** Tacoma. On the online store it showed the kit in stock, after speaking with ******, an employee from Camburg on the phone he assured me the kit was in stock. I proceeded to purchase the kit on their online store and completed the check out process. I assumed right there and then that I had just purchased a suspension kit from Camburg and in a matter of weeks I would receive it. About 2 weeks after my online purchase I received a phone call from ****** who works at Camburg and managed my purchase. He informed me that actually part of my suspension kit was back ordered until December 2020, which then turned into February 2021, then March 2021, May 2021, June 2021, finally receiving parts of f the suspension kit in about July 2021. What was not shipped to me just yet was my rear ****shocks from Bilstein. I received those **** shocks a. Couple month later, but they were the wrong ones, Bilstein had sent me two rear right shocks for my truck, not giving a proper shock for my left side. This mistake was not caught by Bilstein nor Camburg engineering and was delivered to my home address that way. I was not aware of this issues until I read the box and discovered this for myself. I immediately notified Camburg with an email and a call. Camburg and Bilstein are currently still figuring out how to correct this problem which now has been going on for about two years now. I continue to make calls to Camburg and continue to get no clear response to what is happening to my order which was placed and paid for in full in October 2020. I feel lied to because on their webpage it showed a in stock product, after speaking with an employee of Camburg engineering they confirmed that the product was in stock and then after I completed the purchased they informed me that in actuality it was not in stock, it never was. False advertisement equals 2yr wait
