This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, barring none. I ordered one bottle of their keto gummies. Within minutes I was charged $198.78 for five bottles. That is not what I ordered, so I called the company and wanted to cancel the order. I was told that the order had already been submitted to the fulfillment center and could not be cancelled. No one works that fast, this is a scam. Several times I contacted their customer service department and this is the response I got. "Once package receive, you can return any unused/unopened products back to us for a refund, simply write your RMA number (XXXXXXXXXXXXX) anywhere on the outside of the package. You will need to purchase a shipping label from the post office of your choice, we do not provide return labels. Please make sure you only mail back products that have not been tampered with (must be sealed). Only unopened products are refundable." I followed all of their directions when I received the gummies and returned all five bottles. Unfortunately I misplaced the tracking number, but I mailed them back almost a month ago and they claim I need the tracking number to verify that the product was returned.I was scammed, they have no intention of refunding me any money, and I will shout it from the rooftops how despicable this company is and how they rip people off.
