I purchased a personalized ornament from them and it arrived with a piece of the ornament missing. It wasnt something damaged from shipping. I sent them a picture of it too and asked for a new one to be sent or a refund. Its been a week and I still havent heard back. I attempted reaching out via social media as well, with no luck either.Initial Complaint

I had ordered a t-shirt from personal fury and have not received it. It has been charged to my credit card already. I had emailed the company and put a ticket order in. Did not hear anything found the phone number and left a message and no call back or email. I am having an investigation done by my credit card. But I think this place needs to be put out of business, especially from other complaints on your website. Please let me know if anything happens in this matter. ThanksInitial Complaint

I purchased a custom t shirt for $31.90. I ordered a silver labrador picture. I received a yellow labrador picture and they will not take the item back nor refund my money. Please see picture attached as I also sent to them. I did not receive a silver lab shirt I received a yellow lab shirt and for obvious reasons I can't use it. I requested return and refund and was denied. How could I not get a refund when they sent me the wrong item? Order # PF500255. On Monday, May 16, 2022 I ordered a Men's Shirt size 2XL from a company online named "Personal Fury". This was a gift ordered for my husband for Father's **** he is 6' 2" tall and weighs over 200lbs. I received this shirt on Saturday, May 28, 2022 and as soon as I removed it from the package I saw that it was extremely too small for him to even attempt to put on. I immediately contacted Personal Fury via email because at that point I found that they do not have a phone number to call, strictly only via email can you contact them. I should have realized at that point this was something to be of a concern of. Approximately a day later I received an email stating that they shirts are "unisex" and can not be returned. I immediately responded stating this shirt is not possibly large enough for my husband and requested that I "exchange" it for the proper size shirt. I was then requested by a ************** that they only thing they can offer were that I make a second purchase and they will give me a discount. They is not the way to handle a business as well as a first time customer. I am filing this complaint as they are no longer responding to me and I am left with a shirt that I have no use for and can not give as a Father's *** gift. Please advise.
