DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I order a shirt an April 16 with a promise to deliver by Mothers Day. 6 days after order showed I had a tracking label was printed. Still it says only label printed. Contacted the and they have an auto system that sends the same email over and over. (You will receive your shirt by this weekend ) well 3 weeks have come and gone and still the same message. Even though it is not right I even cursed in my email to them on reply and still the same email came back. Nothing about stop. I even asked them to call me with no response. Luckily I paid PayPal and have reported this and may get my money back. This company is a fraud and you will never receive product

DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT order from this company. I ordered an ornament for my daughter who recently lost her cat. The ornament was $26 and was horrible quality! Very blurry and cheap looking! After reaching out to them letting them know I wasn't satisfied.. I pretty much was taunted and berated by an arrogant and hostile customer service Rep. ********************** You can tell this is scam and a game to them! They don't care about customer service. They will not refund my money nor ************** to any feedback that I gave.. ***** said that in the email. I am disputing the charge w/ the ***** I have never seen some unprofessionalism and arrogance! They should be ashamed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.. It is clearly a scam. I'm still in the shock over the tone of ***** in conversing ***************.. pure cockiness.. like, we don't care what you say.. you paid and now you are stuck. I would give a zero star rating if I could.

Argumentative Rep ********************* refused Refund I have been dealing with an argumentative and unprofessional rep by the name of ********************* through their email support address. I placed an order on 06/08/2022 for Father's **** I requested an update on shipment. ********************* says it will not arrive for Father's day, it's still in production. I requested a cancellation and a refund on my order. Instead, ********************* starts justifying why I'm not entitled to a refund, I send their own policy and procedures listed on their site, again justifying saying it does not apply to me due to the fact I haven't received my product. I've never had a customer service rep be so argumentative about a refund. I requested management to contact me, ********************* has failed to do that. If had a ********************* working for me, I would fire this person. A person like this is giving the company a bad name not to mention it's bad for business. As of right now, today 06/15/2022 at 9:00a.m. the items are still "in production". I will be investigating who in corporate I need to contact. I will be submitting this same review on everything they advertise. Do waste your money on this company. I can only imagine the product quality because I can assure you the quality is not in their reps representing them.... more like trash.

lazy employees , order a personalised Mug ,they come up on a letter in the printed name that has an accent on it ...what to do ??? Ha F__K the customer just put a blank spot in place of that letter could not be bothered to just write the name with no accent on the letter , last 2 letters of the first name being "TA" , there is a space and them "TA"as in " t_ts ans a__", when contacting them they say order another one at a discounted price , right sink more money into this mess...order a personal gift and feel the Fury of your loved one ,that is where the company name comes from

If there was a 0 I would have given them this. I ordered two "pillows" and only received one. I was NOT sent pillows, only a pillow case in which to put a pillow in. This is not what they advertised. I will be contacting my credit card about this order.

The picture of the item I purchased was very deceiving. They make you think that you can fit all this wording on the heart necklace I purchased in memory of my dog who just passed. I am brokenhearted that you can barely read the letters and I just wasted $40. I asked them to please refund my money and they refused But said I could order again with a 25% discount but I do not have the budget to order another piece. Dont buy from them.

First off, they charge you an international fee, even though I live in the same country! I would understand if they charged the fee while.I was living in a different country, but not when it is ordered, paid for, and delivered to the same. Next, the picture on line is absolutely not what you will get. Expect an off centered version of the sample! But the icing on the cake- when you email them about your concerns, they fluff you off! I was told the international fee is because they do business all over the world, and that I can add an insert to my pillow to make it look more like the sample. No, the names are almost at the bottom of the pillow near the seam. No insert is going to change poor placement. Very disappointing and a waste of money!
