      04/29/2022held As I am planning to purchase a motorcycle, I am trying to figure my financial options out. I've taken counsel with the Citi Honda financial department and was assured in possibility and legality of using our mine with my wife's combined balances in one purchase. Of which I do have a record of conversation held. Once upon that I've reached out a Huntington Beach Honda dealership and spoke with a manager name's ****, who was mean and rude to me not only refusing from considering our financial options, but even didn't give any judicial basis for a such refusal (which I believe I have my legal right on). This is not to mention **** didn't even try to help me out to find any other possible solution for this future purchase. On the contrary he started yelling at me, alleging that 'this is his word' only is supposed to be a sufficient explication. **** dropped the phone line abruptly in the aftermath, without no apologies no giving reason for a such misbehaving.

      Regarding this consumer, he is asking for financing that is not possible. He may have misunderstood, or the person at Citibank gave him the wrong information. He emailed us originally that another dealership had already told him it couldnt be done; when we mentioned this to him he denied it.

       

      He talked to a salesperson, our Finance Manger and finally our Sales Manager who all explained to him what he wanted to do wasnt possible. No one yelled at him or hung up on him, but he got more and more upset as the phone call progressed.

       

      Please dismiss this complaint as invalid.

      I am completely diasgree with the business reposponse, as their are still acting as unfriendly, to me as a valued Customer and keeping completely misinterpreting facts and disregard my basic needs!

      To refer to the 'other dealership' couldn't be any respectful response, neither an explication to my request, which was into all possible aspects of purchasing a motorcycle. For staff personnel of HBH is not only ignorant in their trade but also a very impolite. **** didn't offer me anything, instead of yelling at me and pointing me out back to some 'dealership elsewhere', no other single option a professional dealear simply ought to do (including just a mere blunt paying in cash).
