      On April 30 I purchased four pairs of shoes, 2 different orders on line via the DC shoes website and I have yet received my items. I've contacted them and they sent me 2 different tracking numbers that stated "no data" when I tried to track my packages. So I contacted them again, they sent me 2 more tracking numbers that had the same status as the last 2 numbers, so I contacted them again. This time they claimed my packages were delivered and for me to ask my neighbors or go down to the post office. So I did, and the post office never received any packages registered to those tracking numbers nor any packages received for me at either addresses I provided them. So again I contacted DC shoes and they had to check with logistics, they would get back to me in 3 business days. The fourth business day came about and I received an email stating there was a mistake and my packages got delivered to a different address, they are shipping out my order again and I should receive them in 7 days even though I purchased fast delivery. It has been well over a week and still nothing.

      Hello 1. I purchased DC Judge mens snowboard boots from an authorized online retailer 11/6/23 with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. 2. January 2024, I used the boots for the first time, and they broke. I could not get the boot on or off. it was permanently stuck in a tightened position. 3. I contacted DC shoes returns/warranty 2/24/24 about this issue. 2/26/24 "Joffrey" from DC told me the boot was warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase but recommended to contact "BOA" the manufacturer of the tightening system. they provide free replacements. Ticket #*******.4. BOA provided a free BOA tightening system. During the replacement attempt it was discovered that the boot itself was broken, not the **** 5. I contacted DC 3/2/24 with detailed photo evidence that the boot itself was broken, not the **** and requested that the boot be repaired or replaced per manufacturer warranty. Ticket #******* 7. 3/7/24 ************************* from DC responded and request proof of purchase. I emailed receipts of my purchase. 8. 3/13/24 ************************* from DC responded and said that due to a change in warranty coverage we do not offer any replacements or repairs on products. I requested the original and new warranty details be provided.9. 3/13/24 ************************* from DC said they no longer have verbiage on the warranties. Because of the changes they are not able to issue replacements or repairs. I responded by asking to be put in contact with a manager.10. 3/15/24 ************************* responded by stating that he was the manager on the DC shoes team. He said due to a change in ownership they are no longer offering replacements or repairs. Because of this they can offer a 50% credit refund. 3/17/24 I purchased an expensive item with a 1 year warranty to which the manufacturer refuses to honor. The product was used one time and broke. A 50% credit will not allow me to replace this item. This business should be held accountable. They have since removed the warranty from their website.

      Last year I bought a pair of DC Control Step On Boots. I purchased them 12/27/2022 so at the very end of 2022. (Last years snowboard/ski season). I wore the boots last season and then this season (2023/2024) the toes of the boots started to peel up, then the sides proceeded to entirely detach from the boots. The boots are now useless entirely and barely over a year old. I tried to submit multiple warranty claims to fix the issue as I spent $400 on these boots and most boots last at minimum 3-5 seasons of snowboarding. DC never replied to my warranty claims, I called them on the phone and they couldnt resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times instead of dealing with phone support in 3rd world countries and I was either declined or hung up on after being put on hold. I want a replacement pair of snowboarding boots. This is ridiculous. I didnt spend $400 on snowboarding boots to last a single winter season and then break on me a few days into the 2nd season using them. I dont want refunded I just want a replacement pair of boots.

      on 11/27/2023 I purchased a *********** shirt. It is now Dec 2nd and it has not even shipped out yet! It is coming from ******! It will not be here in time! I need this order cancelled. If I hear no response in 1 day, I am disputing it with my bank and filing fraud.

      I ordered shoes from them on ******** and I never received them I did get an email saying that the shoes must have got lost in shipping. They said they were going to refund my money. And I never got my money refunded I have spoke to them multiple times they said they refunded it on August 2nd and that it's my bank's fault. No money has been received. I just want my money back.

      I ordered a white pair of shoes on 4/21, checked my email shortly after and noticed that they sent me a receipt for a black pair, different than the pair I ordered. I emailed them about the error right away and they basically said they cant cancel or change the order despite it having been placed like an hour prior. They told me Id have to return the item once it arrived and re order the correct pair. I found this absurd to begin with considering I was absolutely positive that I didnt accidentally order the wrong pair of shoes, and that it had to be an issue on their end. Regardless, I still waited for the shoes to arrive so I could return them. They arent even for me, theyre a gift for someone else. The shoes arrived, and I went forward to try and start a return, only to be told that they cant even locate the orders information with the order number that they gave me. Im also finding out through reading other complaints on here that even if I were allowed to return the shoes that they told me to return, theyd make me pay for the return myself. Even though im returning them because of their mistake. I dont know man, overall a pretty bad experience and the company doesnt seem to care. Im almost wondering if they just sent me the wrong shoes because the ones I ordered were out of stock, tried to blame it on me, and forced me to keep them so they can make $80 and not have to be liable for any of their mistakes or their unprofessionalism overall.

      DC shoes refused to allow me to return the shoes I purchased. These shoes are brand new with no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately, they do not fit as they seem to run a bit smaller than true to size. All I am asking for is to be able to return my shoes and be refunded my original purchase price. This is generally a normal business practice, but apparently not in the eyes of DC shoes, which I find unacceptable. I would request a refund for my purchase price.

      Purchased a pair of limited edition snowboard pants size large for my son for Xmas on Oct 15 from DC Shoes Since they were considered limited I purchased them as soon as they were announced as they would sell out They were shipped on 10/18 and received a week or so later Xmas morning 12/25 my son tried them on and they were too small (all of his other pants are large)I went online to find only small and med available so no exchange was possible Contacted DC shoes 12/30 to exchange or return and was told they did not have anymore XL and I could not return due to a 45 day return policy from time of purchase and they would due nothing for me. THIS IS A XMAS PRESENT and was explained to them Cost of pants already paid on my credit card $189.95

      This company makes you pay for returns and claims they cannot cancel orders. I needed to cancel my order due to an incorrect size of shoes. Less than 24 hours after and they wouldnt. Now I get to return this at my own cost. No thanks to their customer service saying they dont pay for returns even though they wont cancel my order.

      My husband bought two pairs of shorts and shoes. And the shorts are made to small and they rip to easy. And the shoes were not made very good and they are two tight for my husband and he is a size 12 .it always hurt his feet and the clothing was a Xlarge to 2xlarge. He spent $200.00 dollars on all the stuff and he bought it at the store ******* and ********** in **** **. We are recovering from covid and I'm on oxygen. We are a disabled couple. We are on social security disability. We just want the money back please. Resolution, we want our money back please and no gift card either. Thank you.
