STOLE MY REFUND!! The shoes I bought were to small. $67.95 was the total. $60 for shoes and $7.95 for shipping. My refund was $53 because they took the return shipping out of the original $60. It was the hardest time getting a return label. Went through a week of emails just to get one. They sent me links to make a BILLABONG account. Then after I did that, the link provided said not authorized for this. After finally getting a return label and getting them returned in the time frame they request, I did not receive my refund. I emailed them asking where is was and they replied that it has been processed. It never showed up in my bank account so how can I have gotten it. This is plain ole stealing in my book. The way this company does business is terrible as well. No customer service line to figure out the many problems this company provides for its customers. Shoes are now constantly the wrong size upon reading various reviews.Review from Anna S

Shoes are being made defectively and regularly sold and shipped to customers. I have ordered SEVEN pairs of shoes, all of which except ONE pair were mislabeled sizes. 3 pairs of 6.5s were LARGER than the 3 pairs of 7s I ordered. I made one last attempt to order and another two pairs of shoes, and the one that came labeled 6.5 were STILL larger than they were labeled. I should not have to order SEVEN pairs of defective shoes to get ONE single pair that is correctly labeled. PLEASE speak with the manufacturer and notify them of their ongoing negligent size labeling.Review from David B

They sent my online order to the wrong address. They took a VERY long time to reply and once they did, they told me they could not help and I would have to work with the shipping carrier. I contacted the carrier and they told me only DC Shoes as the shipper could work with them. Went back to DC Shoes. Same answer as before. Explained to them what the carrier said and the customer service representative essentially told me, too bad and nothing they can do. I am out the money (plus tax) for two pairs of shoes and no shoes. It is too bad too because I always loved the fit and quality of DC but Ill never buy their product again nor recommend it.Review from Rhiannon S

Not sure the cause for all the bad reviews. My return looks like it was lost in the mail. Its been about a week since the package was scanned. I emailed them today, had a response in 3 hours and a return email in one more hours time. Did not have any problems contacting them.
