Very similar to the previous complaint, I too signed up for the free trial. I had canceled middle of January of 2021 and my card was charged on Feb 1 2021. I didnt notice until I say my stately after having Covid. When I brought it to there attention, I was told the cancellation was not made. I disputed the charge & ended up paying for the year (2021) - Thus, sent 2 emails on 2/1/2021 and 2/10/2021 canceling any membership. Fast forward, I see that my CC was charged 2/1/2022 again for ******!!! I emailed support that same day with no response (and the email was sent during their business hours and not weekend.
