I ordered a pair of surfboard fins for my fianc for his birthday. After gifting them to him, I learned they were not the appropriate style for his board. I had ordered them less than 30 days prior so I reached out to HSS for a return label as their website instructs you to do. I have reached out several times without a response. This company has violated its return policy and violated both federal and California consumer protection laws.Initial Complaint

I ordered a tshirt from huntington beach surfing association sept.13h 2021. tried to contact ************************* over 20 times to see why the order still said it was getting ready to ship sense then. I contacted ********************* the owner of huntington beach surfing association and he had made contact with her. She wrote me an email saying she talked to shopify and the order was full filled and sent and it was my fault that the order never got to me, Then she changed her story to that she never got the payment and then she switched it to She thought I was scamming her over a tshirt. She took the money out of my account on sept. 14 2021. By huntington beach surfing association website policy a tracking number is guaranteed to customer when the product ships and I never received that. *** has told ******* to send me the shirt or refund me and *** told her that none of her stories are making sense. She has refused to do anything. The only reason she has finally contacted me in the first place in 5 months of me trying my hardest to reach her with every possible way...and i mean every possible way. is because *** made her do so. She took my money and never sent the product.. I have provided bank statements, emails from huntington beach association about the order still being in preparation and shopify has also send me emails and text messages stating the same on their end as well. She has taken my money and never plans to send the product. I have provide *** and ******* with all contact attempts and all statements proving that this order was never shipped and that she did take our money out from our account.
