On or about January 2019, *********************** from Spotlight Resorts contacted me and informed me that she had a buyer for my Timeshare; ever since she has been leading me on telling me that the buyer has been wanting to buy my timeshare with broken promises and numerous telephone calls; the latest being 10/27/20; 11/17/20; 12/14/20; 01/12/21; 02/04/21; 02/26/21; 03/24/21; 04/20/21; 05/17/21; 06/14/21; 07/08/21 without the buyer or *********************** coming through on her part of the transaction. I either want the transaction completed or my initial deposit returned to me ASAP.Business response

Regarding complaint#********, we spoke to **** today and he said he DID NOT write this complaint. Hiswife ************************* wrote this complaint to the BBB which he had no idea thatshe had done so.**** felt terriblethat his wife wrote such negative things about Spotlight Resorts. ************* NOT on the deed nor is she a member with Spotlight Resorts. Only **** andAlex Corona & ********************* are members. (Please see attached contract)
In conclusion JoseCorona wants to keep the timeshare on the market and wants us to continue workingon it for him. He expressed his apologies for his wifes actions of which wereuntrue and said he would be contacting ******* @ the BBB today to have thisfaulty complaint removed. We gave him Tiffanys email and phone # to contacther to explain that he did not write this complaint, nor did he give his wifepermission to do so.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
