wouldn't recommend this place to nobody at all I came with my dog for difficult of breathing.. I was there back and forth for a month 3 ER visits and 27 phone calls June 12 to July 5 2024. I was given six different medicines. I paid for the senior wellness plan with full body x-rays, blood test, unlimited visits for a year vaccines etc. but no diagnosis. The first time I came here I was told I am not a veterinarian and I do not know what I'm talking about. They even disrespected me by pulling up a ******* video and saying that I am getting it confused with the reverse sneezing The first ****** I spoke to was *******************************. I was so angry tests came out great they said nothing to worry about I even wrote a nasty review 2 weeks later and I was told to please take it down by the owner of the company *************************. He told me everything was okay my dog and to trust him he's not a veterinarian for nothing. So I did ?? 5th of July. 2024 I got home and my dog was is cardiac arrest. I rushed her back to the hospital. I seen a ****** *******************. He told me why didn't I come any sooner. I let him know I was being seen by **************** n also by ******************************* at that facility for a whole month and they told me nothing was wrong with her. He told me no She's dying from left side Heart failure I was devastated she was purple. It was one of the worst days. She was suffering so bad next day after she died I called **************** to inform him that lady is gone. He said yes. ************** called me. I told him you told me trust you. You told me nothing was wrong with her. He end up getting to a verbal argument telling me you're those type of people that like to point fingers. I told him I have all documents, medicine not one for the heart I'm taking you to the vet board and he was so upset and told me I killed my dog right in front of my 12-year-old daughter cuz we were on speaker. I hung up devastated they are only here to make money off desperate timing need.
