Hello my name is *************************** my number is *********** and I want to file a complaint against an event planner the business info of the business is Emilys banquet hall ************* and ************* ****** manager their location is ********************************************* The reason for my complaint is because on 06/08/2024 I assisted a private event at the location I was told by my brother ********************************* ************* and ****** ************* that they paid this planner ***** a high amount for this even and that in the contract they will provide security services , and vip parking , so what happened next I get to the event at 6pm I park my vehicle a silver explorer *************************************************************************** vio parking ticket on the window I did so , went upstairs to the event when time passes now its around 10pm -11pm I get to the vip parking were my car was suppose to be watched and I see my car window broken my purse money about $3,500 in cash , wallet , some valuable papers , id card credit card etc are all gone and I search up there is no security guard around so that I can even ask who was it that broke my window I called my brother because he was still up their in the event and he asked the manager or a worker named ****** ************* and they proceed to ask the security guard that was upstairs and he just told my brother it must have happened when there was a change in shift but my brother said I am a security guard at my job and I know for a fact that before a shift change someone should always be left before the shift happens why did you guys not do that or even bothered to notify me that there was a break in on a vehicle thats why I paid for you guys to take care and it wasnt cheap what you guys are charging me for you guys to just let this slide. I proceeded the next day to make a police report and call my bank to cancel my card. I want to atleast get a response from them on how I can fix these damages
