I bought a girdle from them on October 2021. Walk-in to the store. The sales person even help me but it on since is very hard to put on they never told how to put it on and what not to do so I won't damage it. No instructions were given to me. They just wanted to sale. I told Them I had an event that night. Well the girdle rip as I uses the restroom when pulling it back on. I went the following day to return it or get it exchange or fix since they did say I was able to do that hat. I was giving a written receipt and they said they were going to sent it out to get it fix. I was told it may take a month or so, I have been trying to find out when can I pick it up. They either don't answer or tell me to send a text. Finally in March 29 the owner ****** contacted me from phone number************* and she asked to text her the receipt and the type of girdle after that no more answer from her. All I want is either my money back, replacement or a new one.
