      **** reached out to me to offer her services for my daughters **********. Considering she was recommended through my venue, I accepted.I explained what I wanted. She agreed and the day of my daughters party she did not deliver. The centerpieces were not what we asked for and were poorly made. The backdrop at the main table was supposed to have flowers in place of the balloons. From the top all the way to the bottom and all she put was one strand of flowers. The tables were supposed to have water glasses, champagne glasses, knives, forks, napkins but the the water glasses and knives never arrived. She promised a specific table for the desserts and the table was never arrived. She told me the Photo ***** would be there for 3 hours and it was only there for 2 hours. She said she would provide servers to wash her dishes and the two people were refusing to cooperate with the caterers.

      On May, 21 2022 I placed an order/contract for a custom ********************** invitations ********* is supposed to be ready by October 12, 2022 it is October 3, 2022 and the owner ***** has not been able to provide the correct fabric we agreed on she promised if today on October 3rd we did not agree on the fabric she would return me my $500 deposit or accredit it for my invitations order then she said she never said that and either I choose that fabric or don't get the $500 back nor credit for the invitations the invitations are to be ready by October 5, 2022 and she is now having an employee of hers text me saying that ***** has cancelled the order of invitations I've text ***** multiple times asking to confirm if shes cancelling the order of invitations which is a part of the contract or confirm they be picked up on October 5th 2022 she has yet to respond or refund the $500 for cancelling my contract.

      I went into this store looking for a photographer for my daughters *********** on January 15, 2022 and two ladies (Business owner(*****)'s mother and niece) were helping me out and convinced me with a complete package which included the photographer with a list of other things I would get if I let them become my event organizers(I already had one w/signed contract), so I did. They gave me $*** credit for my down payment from the other contract which I had booked and then I paid another $*** out of pocket. When it came to looking at a Banquet Hall of our choice she started asking for more money around $*****. When I was talking to the ladies at the store I even asked them if all the halls were included and they said Yes as long as it wasn't booked for our set date. I tried negotiate with the owner(*****) even though the contract said otherwise. I offered her an extra $**** from the amount on the contract because I want everything to be set. She screamed "No, this is a business and I have to make money" I mentioned the contract and everything that was included. After********* her on *************** it turned out that she does that to people. I consulted with an attorney and they advised that I was to get my money back and the credit bringing it to $*****. I sent her a breach of contract letter and I have had no response. May 14, 2022 I went to her store now called "*****************" to collect my money peacefully and she was not there, so her employee/niece "*****" agreed that it was not fair. ***** decided to call her on the phone for authorization to give me my money, but when she answered the phone and ***** told her about me being there she cursed at my wife and I on speaker and she began to threaten me saying she would call her other family members to kick me out the store and she said she was going to call 9/11 accusing me of disturbance. I called 9/11 myself as well and they gave me a report to be on the safe side and acknowledge there was no disturbance.
