This Company is Horrible to work for! They lack leadership and direction. The CEO and his team Start by selling you the hope of growing and advancement but in reality just drag you on to use you. They brought me on board for a contract that was not even completed. Once the contract decided to not go with OSI, the CEO Said a racist comment and stated to just use them for what we can. They failed to provide me the tools to do my job. I was given the task of looking for locations throughout the City to "establish" the Chicago Branch of OSI. I researched and reviewed over 30 different locations and would report back only for them to not follow through. They would let the deals in limbo and not look for other contracts. I believe they never intended to establish themselves here and just used me. The HR manager does not seem to know what she is doing. I made sure the CEO and his team were well informed of any information found with little to no response from them. I would have to follow up multiple times for simple responses and would still get the runaround. The company hired over 20 applicants in the Chicagoland area and they failed to keep proper records on them. I still to this day have hard copy records of these individuals which OSI has failed to retrieve or even attempt to collect these files from me. They flagrantly disregarded the employees and their personal information. This is a clear violation of OSHA protocol that states they should be retaining this information for 7 years in a secure location, not in the trunk of an ex employees vehicle. Do not waste your time or effort buying into the lies that they sell you to only be used for their monetary gain. They try to make you feel like family only to pull the rug from under you and leave you out high and dry. Consider your well being first! Do not trust your information with this company. They need to be audited. God only knows how many other people have suffered just for OSI to make money off of them.
