This company stated that in order to help me Id need to provide them with my banking information, and when I asked the ****** gentlemans name or for his supervisors contact information, he told me to go f!myself, then left 9 derogatory voicemail messages on my cellphone- messages that my 6 and 10 year old children overheard!!!! Golden Financial's ***************************** was my initial contact. *** worked with me through **************************. Citadel has disappeared and so has the $4000.00 reimbursement check I was to receive. There is much more to this story.Bottom line, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.They claim they are BBB accredited. I want to say that ***************************** was very helpful, polite and patient with me. I will start by telling you I am an elderly woman seeking assistance in gettin my daughter's finances in tack. She had been scammed due to her inability to rationalize truth from falsehoods. You see, she has MS and the lesions on her brain have made it difficult for her to recognize deception. **** explained the program to me and was very thorough and clear in his explanation. After much consideration and discussions with my family, a close family member offered to help with this situation, so I ended up cancelling with Golden Financial. To my surprise, **** was very understanding and did not put any pressure on me to change my mind. I would not hesitate to recommend him too anyone who is in a similar situation. He will answer all your questions clearly and go over the program with you to your satisfaction. I thank him for his time and appreciate his thoughtfulness and eagerness to do what I believed was the right decision for me, even if it meant cancelling with him. So thanks so much for all the time and effort and I believe this is an honest company to do business with.Review from Rosaura A

I am new with the program, so I'm hoping all goes well. ************************** was pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring. I was a bit confused with the "validation process" but she patiently explained until I felt satisfied. I would highly recommend speaking with her if you need debt relief.Let's see what happens in a year or two.Review from Tosha T

I paid out about **** to this company for debt relief. Not one debt was ever paid and they took it all for fees
