This business set-up my alarm and cameras and audio and NOW refuses to provide any support or upates. The monitoring company TBI indicates this is the only company who can assist. They Dontr respond and refuse to help. As well they sent me a email to provide my credit card to pay on a invoice. This a violation of PCI compliance rules and told them and ***** ***** wont respond and I had to mail a check. This company is rude, and now wont help me if if I pay. Also need to file against Toll Brothers and TBI since they recomended ..I spent more than $25,000 with them and THEY will not help resolve or improve the system..Business response

It is our understanding that the security alarm,cameras, and audio system are in working order. We dedicate ourselves in providing professional service to our clients. This includes support and serviceto equipment we install and is available to our customers. The equipment installed is not proprietary and can be serviced by any other company,as they are out of the warranty period. Our recent communication with the client has been through emails that have been answered.The payment received August 9, 2021 was for services we provided November 17, 2020. This payment followed the new request for additional services.Approximately $11,000 is the total amount received for our services by the client. Our company will refrain from customers who insist on communicationwith profanity, threats, and false accusations as it is not a part of our professional services. Unfortunately, there is a history of such occurrences.Sincerely,Alliance Protection
