            Took our car in for an estimate and they stated that an additional fix of our catalytic converter was required. There was no error code for this indicated. I mentioned this and they said they had replaced 3 others that week. This raised red flags. We took it for a second opinion and found out that there was nothing wrong with the catalytic converter. Not only were they going to charge us an additional $2500 for something that wasnt broken, I am concerned they are ripping off other people.

            This dealership is unscrupulous in dealing with senior citizens. My 91-year-old father-in-law who is living on social security and has the beginnings of dementia, went in and was sold a used car for thousands over its actual value. He was not capable of making this decision and the salesperson should have not taken advantage of him in this state. The dealership says they have no responsibility in this matter. In addition, they took his personal car in trade which was paid off and in good running order. He is now in a difficult financial position as anyone living on social security can appreciate. The actions of Unicars Honda border on elder abuse and should be stopped. When I asked to speak to the owner/manager I was told by the general manager that he, the owner, would not be willing to speak with me and that the ** made their position clear.
