I ordered 2 paintings on February 7th. One was ***** and the other one was $229. On February 23rd, I emailed the company and asked them to cancel the order because the order still had not shipped out. On top of that, the $229 was cheaper at that point- $139 instead of $229. I specifically stated if they didn't want to credit me the difference, cancel the entire order. I KNOW they received my email, because on February 23rd, the $***** painting was refunded. The other painting was not. Keep in mind, it had still not been shipped out (nor did they even credit me the price difference- but that didn't matter anyway since I wanted the entire order cancelled). Their shipping policy also states that orders ship within 5-10 business days. I emailed them on Feb 23rd, Feb 26th, Feb 26th again as to why I wasn't refunded for the 2nd painting?? Then on Feb 28th- after 4 emails that I had said to CANCEL my order, I get an email that they shipped out the 2nd painting. The 10th business day would have been the 21st so I had emailed them SEVERAL times that I wanted the order cancelled and they were in violation of their own shipping policy also. I received this item on MARCH 16th!! Over a month after I had ordered it, and weeks after I had been in contact with the company to cancel and refund my order. Again- they received that email because they refunded one out of the 2 pictures. On March 18th, I again emailed the company (there is no phone number) asking for a return label, and my frustrations in 5 emails that have gone unanswered regarding cancelling the order. On March 19th, I emailed them and let them know I was filing a complaint with the BBB in order to get my money back and to make sure no one else gets scammed. They should NOT be in business. They don't provide any customer service. I have all my emails of correspondence that I am uploading too.Initial Complaint

Made the purchase on January 15th for 3D artwork as shown on their website. When I received the artwork it was not framed 3D artwork but prints that looked nothing like what was advertised. I went to the website 3 different times to contact them regarding a refund and my dissatisfaction however they have never addressed my concern. they have not communicated with me at all.
