Basically Anthony's Paint and Body has declined to pay for Rental car charges from 09-22-2021 thru the end of repairs as promised. I have included emails from the technician ******** ****** confirming rental car extensions due to vehicle not being ready. Moreover, if the rental was not authorized I would have NEVER been able to pick up a car with Anthony's Paint and Body indicated as the Bill- to, to be paid 100% at their daily rate info (see attached ********** invoice for Anthony's P A B 09-22-2022) Also note on 06/24/2022 via phone the "owner" suggested I negotiate a reduction of the charges with ********** holdings and he would "take care of it." My follow up email has been ignored, I spoke with ***** who stated he was not aware of the situation, and lastly I sent certified mail that was signed for on 08/10/2022, needless to say I still have not received a response and the balance is still owed. I currently am unable to rent from ********** due to this situation. Furthermore, time is very near in which my credit will be impacted if this balance is not rectified. Points to note: *** Anthony's agreed to cover extra rental days on 09/03/2021 (commencing 09/09 - 09/18) see ********** Invoice Rental Agreement # ****** please note these charges are not included in what I owe, though they are part of the explanation of my complaint *** Anthony's authorized pick up and rental on 09/22/2021 thru 09/24/2021 *** Anthony's agreed to extend rental on 09/24/2021 thru 09/27/2021 *** Anthony's agreed to extend rental on 09/27/2021 through the end of the repairs *** Per ********** they confirmed on 10/27/2021 that rental would be covered through the end of the repairs. *** The bill ended on 11/01/2021 ********** invoice for Anthony's P A B 09-22-2022 *** The vehicle was returned on 11/02/2021 at 8am. see attached Anthony's p\u 09-22Business response

It's going on three months since ********* body shop has been in possession of my vehicle. I am truly focused on the bottom line of knowing what is wrong with my vehicle, will it be a hundred percent upon returned and how much longer? I've been patiently awaiting for some clear communication.however, there has been any as of yet. I am only wondering if if this process would allow open space as to what's going on with my vehicle, how much longer would I be paying bills on something that isn't in my possession.
