            They sold me warranties as a condition to buy the car and told me I needed them. One of them was a mechanical warranty while my car still had a factor bumper to bumper warranty. I asked several time if they would cancel the warranty and they said they would over and over again but never did. In the end I contacted the warranty company myself to cancel

            I purchased my vehicle September 2022 and its March 2023 they sold me a car with a recall and I called multiple times talked to multiple customer service reps and nobody seemed to follow up show concern and because of the recall issue. I havent received tags or license plates and Im driving around with temporarily expired tags and I do Uber as a main source of income temporary and been out of my job for over 3 months because of this dealership not to mention I was getting the run around for over 5 to 6 months and they were telling me they dont know why I havent received my tags in the mail to call DMV all for it to finally boil down I had a recall .
