They sold me warranties as a condition to buy the car and told me I needed them. One of them was a mechanical warranty while my car still had a factor bumper to bumper warranty. I asked several time if they would cancel the warranty and they said they would over and over again but never did. In the end I contacted the warranty company myself to cancel

I purchased an Suv back in May. They added additional after market add ons without me agreeing to it. I demanded that they remove **** Warranty, and paint protection. After a lot of hassle, they only removed the ******* Warranty. But what about the paint protection? They did not remove it. They stated it was already installed in the car. How is paint protection installed in a car? The Lies. I want the paint protection removed as I have it in writing that they agreed to remove it. Why are they allowed to do this to their customers? Not to mention they also marked up the vehicle up to $5,000 for so called accessories. The paint protection they added to my contract- I mean sneaked into my contract must be removed.

On March 2021 I purchased a ********* that was suppose to have had 32000 miles 1 private owner who used the vehicle for personal use. I explained upfront that I was in no way interested in any add-ons ex. ************* no in-house plans or warranties etc. I came to dealership with a Pre approval (that suggested the dealership) it was not recognized. I told the salesman not to have my credit file viewed by multiple lenders I had 4 current credit reports on hand and if that wasnt enough I also had a pre-approval from *********** for $10000 more than what I needed to be financed. I was told that *********** was closed for the day they would have to contact them the following day. After all the annoying calls 4-5 times a day I reminding me of the approval and telling me to come in to pick up ********* For days later after Id come back in town from******************* and tired I get a call saying they were going to wait for me to come in that after they'd been closed for 1/2 hrs. I tell them again I was tired and would come the following day I received a call from the finance manager stating that he came in on his day off to help me out ... I went to the dealership and the salesman or manager I'd been dealing with wasn't there. I dealt ***** from the beginning and thoroughly went over everything I wanted and confirmed once we found it He met us there and assured me that nothings changed that we'd discussed re the car. After signing the contract I asked to see it they'd walked me out the door then handed it to me inside a sealed envelope and said the carfax was inside the car. Once I entered the vehicle in noticed that it was dirty compared to one I'd driven and decided to purchase jus 4 days prior. This car was totally opposite to what I'd chosen n felt the terms made sense committing to w/ manuf warranty! The ppl who sold me Dp of $4000 went ******* The car has cost me $8500 in repairs and losses within six months. After a yr I fell behind on payments cars been repod

I bright a Toyota Corolla in June 2022 , I also used my Chrysler 200 sport as a trade-in they promised to offer me a warranty with that would cover the Engine and transmission That would be a bonus with my extended warranty for using a trade in that would cover all the fees the manger "***" said he would right me up the dealers contract he never did when I ask him did he write the contract he said that I didn't get a dealers contract only gap insurance due to me not wanting to pay a higher car payment! I said no I used my car as a trade in I made it very clear that I wanted a warranty and gap insurance and that's why I used my car as trade in . I also have witnesses saying that he would agree to the terms not to worry on multiple visits to the dealer. The Trina on the vehicles were damage and I asked them to change the rims they told me that's fine to come back, A week later the tire busted due to the ramping damage and it caused damage to the bumper I brought my car back to the dealer even though they fixed the Rims the bumper still has damages that they refuse to repair to sue them having to replace with a whole new bumper ! I been calling the manager**** and texting they still have picked up my trade in but have my links slip ! I need assistance with this issue for**** has not returned my calls or text and it's been two months now .

I purchased a car from this dealership. I never got a bill of sale of copy of the car loan from them after repeated requests. I was told a license plate was not needed in front of car to drive legally in state of California which is incorrect then I had to take time off work to take my car in to get from license plate put in. Holes had to be drilled. Car only came with 4 gallons of gas/a quarter tank of gas after paying ****** for this car. I was told that is their policy. My breaks make a grinding sound and leak a oily substance. I took in for service on 04/11/22 and was told the from rotors were machined and sound stopped happening. A few days later it started happening again. When I took it to our family mechanic he stated the brake pads were small cause this sound and the rotors were never done. So they lied about work that was never done. I called them today and ******** advised this issue is happening because of how I am driving and will keep happening. When I fix my driving this will stop happening. Regardless to say I am highly insulted. She did not offer any other recommendations or resolutions.she stated they only recquire 4 mm of break pad legally to be sold. I was also given a 90 day warranty only which they never told me what is covered or gave me any documentation for this either. I want to return this car and have my down payment refunded as I feel like they sold me a car with issues right off the bat. I also have a burned out light bulb. How do I know this car was fully checked before being sold.

On Friday, March 25, 2022 I purchased a vehicle from LAX Automotive and was told to sign documents regarding the terms and purchase and that copies would be emailed to me. After signing, I was told to drive my car and the documents would then be emailed. It is now Wednesday, April 6, 2022 and I have not officially received the copies of the signed documents and do not even know when my first payment date will begin. I have called several times and left numerous messages and even spoke to a finance manager named ******* who promosed that the documents would be emailed to me. Last night I called and was told by the end of the day the documents would be sent and never received them via email.

I bought a 2017 rogue in 1/31/22 the car had no window sticker so I asked a rep for the price (*****). The finance dept wouldn't give me a straight answer when I asked for the total amount financed, they did say $** in taxes and fees. I'm thinking it's coming out to $***** minus the down payment. I signed the contract thinking it was a simple clean buy. To my surprise when I got the bill it was $*****. Now it all made sense. They had snuck in the contract a whole lot of dealer extras (around $***) without offering it to me first or giving me any options/explanations on what they were for . To this day I still don't know what they charged me for since they refuse to explain and point it out on the car. I went back to the dealer and they agreed to cancel some, but I want all of it cancelled. They told me I had 60 days to cancel and the contract does not specify that any are not cancellable. I ended up cancelling 1 more option on my own after they had told me it was not cancellable, that's how I know they are lying. I also found out thru other reviews online that they are doing this to a lot of people, who are unknowingly getting trapped by sneaky sales tactics.
