I purchased my vehicle September 2022 and its March 2023 they sold me a car with a recall and I called multiple times talked to multiple customer service reps and nobody seemed to follow up show concern and because of the recall issue. I havent received tags or license plates and Im driving around with temporarily expired tags and I do Uber as a main source of income temporary and been out of my job for over 3 months because of this dealership not to mention I was getting the run around for over 5 to 6 months and they were telling me they dont know why I havent received my tags in the mail to call DMV all for it to finally boil down I had a recall .Review from NU J

Some one needs to get back to me ASAP. i don't know what was added to this tesla and i'm still trying to figure out how this car came up to almost $80,000 when the price on the car was for 49,000. when i was told capital one wanted 14,000 down the payment but none that money went to them as that told me. why did y'all run my social with other people information trying to get them approve for cars with out my permission. i have talk to so many attorneys and legal people about what has happen. ima wait to see and hear from someone who can explain to me what type of business and people are working here doing fraudulent **** before i proceed.Review from Martha B

I want to warn others about this place. They are deceptive and use tricky wording to get to buy a car with add ons. I was swindled into overpaying 10K in warranty, gap, Elo GPS, and paint protection. I never agreed to this and some how they added them anyway. I demanded for them remove the add ons immediately and they only removed the warranty and the Gap. So I'm stuck with the GPS and paint protection because they claim they are non refundable items. It has been nothing but stress with this dealership. I also paid over $500 in registration fees, only to receive an additional registration renewal due in September for $300 , when I purchased the vehicle in late ***, how does that make any sense? Please beware of this place, they are scammers. They will rip you off and when you contact them they will ignore you calls.
