            Purchase Tickets 4/4/22 in the amount of $******** Second Purchase $260.80 The reason for this complaint is because when attending the event, /concert of Grupo Firme on 5/29, the seat where one was seated was broken and felt along with seat to the floor. I made several attempts to contact Sofi Stadium and Hollywood Park Casino and no one has got in contact with me. This event took place at SoFi Stadium but so far my understanding is that it is affiliated with Hollywood Park Casino. On May 30, June 1st, and June 5th I send another request to be contacted in regards the incident and no one has reach back. On June 5th, I was able to get ahold of security dispatcher ***** and she toke down my information and said she would give it to one of the Managers. I want my money back for the tickets purchase. I been having back pains ever since and the business doesn't seem to care after the attempts done.

            WARNING Security will assault you and try and kick you out for trying to to get a guitar pick or a setlist after a concert. Will never go to to ***************/ ************ again ever hollywood park casino is a joke so is apex I have footage to prove it. **** regime type of staff.orchestra staff stage right at the end of the event a short latina with her hair in a pony tail light skinned assaulted me and openly discriminated against me verbally for having erbs palsy made me climb the stairs even though i was already next to the exit she singled me out and assaulted me no one else helped or cared.
