On May 10, 2023 my 12 year old son *********************** was killed in **********, ** I went to Elite funeral service to help me put my child to rest in a loving way. They came to me with the picture that everything would be just how I wanted it to look for my son. I understand when it comes to funeral arrangements theyre a lot to do with families but I paid so I expected them to do a great job. The day of my son service my family and I was supposed to have 3 cars to pick up me and my family from one location only 2 came so we had to find them a way to the service. When I seen my sons custom casket its was so painful to see his birthday and death date wrong on it three times. I had paid for my son a horse and carriage,a slideshow, 3-D standard of him and I also paid for 200 obituaries with pins and ribbons non of these were done or given to me. They end up giving me some other obituaries. Not the ones that I asked for. I was told that the ones I had made were in the van and I never did. I then was told they were made wrong so they had to be done over. They explained to me that they can only give me 50 and cannot give me the 200 that I had paid for and requested. They did not play the slideshow nor have the 3-D picture of him. They claim that they could not get the slideshow to work and I still have not seen the picture at all. My first general was actually on June 2, 2023. It is now June 24, 2023 and I dont have an obituary from My Son funeral. I dont have the registry thank you book from my son I have not received the pens nor the ribbons nor the 3-D picture board of him and I have been asking this this company for weeks. They have been giving me the runaround and not telling me directly. What is the problem I just really want something from my son hes gone. I cannot fix the casket being done wrong. Hes already in the wall. I dont want to redo a funeral anything I just want the proper stuff for my son
