Had an appointment with Typhanie ****** at T.U.E.T. Financial Services and never had experienced the worst communication with a person or business like her. Had an appointment to do my taxes this morning and she was a no show no call or no type of communication from her. Business door is closed and left multiple messages. I do not recommend or will be back to do my taxes here. Very unprofessional.

Ernesto Stivalet I apologized on more than one platform with my sincerest apologies as I had forgotten myself which location I told you to go to. I make no excuses for my lack of remembrance. However, what more could I do when I apologized promptly by phone and then later the same day through email?

I was absolutely remorseful as stated to you more than three times. I attempted to make it right. You did not respond to any message so the situation could be reconsiled. What happened to you fortunately is not a practice of mines as a business woman and 80% of my clientele have been clients for 7+ years and do not waiver back and forth year between other tax accountants.

Unfortunately this is where we are. I did not have a distasteful experience with you the previous year doing business. Just as you came to display a negative review for the world to see, it would have been pleasant to have displayed the positive for all to see as well.

As I stated on April 2, 2022 through correspondence I am so sorry that happened to you. I hoped that we could have settled this differently. I wished you well in all your endeavors. I now hold no ill feelings and I will continue to do my best, grow as a entrepreneur, take constructive criticism to do better, and help alleviate the stress clients come in with, by my great service, willing and able to understand people's financial dilemmas, and so forth.
