      Hardest complaint I ever put in on a ** because I've bought from them 13 yrs. I use to love them. Shocked me them ignoring long time customer. I thought must be new owners. Due to character limit this is not entire email sent them. Fri Jan 6 "HNY hope all of you had a Merry Christmas or Merry Holidays whichever you celebrate if either. I just now finished what I had before last order where I opened today *** **mplete I got last order noticed it's a lot darker? Thanks for your time" No reply several emails. Jan 13 I emailed them if I didn't hear back I would take complaint online. I got IMO very rude reply showing they absolutely didn't care how long I purchased from them. They wrote "No one here likes threats" Why would they consider it a threat instead of realizing they should reply? I didn't have to give them so much time! No apology or thanks from them how long I've been customer. They claim a reply I did not get. I always check my spam AND they did NOT forward email they claim sent. I told them sorry they've been sick but they could have automated emails when they can't reply. They have no problem regularly sending me ads. I told them I also been sick 104 fever also helping disabled vet so I didn't feel like all the time trying to get resolved. They said would send replacement. I receive extremely smaller bottle I have not opened. I emailed Sat Jan 21 "I really don't know what to think of your customer service anymore. It's sure not same as in the past. 13 yrs I've been buying regularly *** complete I have NEVER purchased small bottle! Only biggest ones 3to5 largest bottles EVERY YEAR and other purchases. Did you NOT even look at the attachments clearly shows largest ones?" Feb 3rd told them If I didn't get a reply I had no choice but assume they weren't making this right. As of Feb 15 no reply. It does NOT make me happy filing this but feel they gave me no choice! If they are the same owners I really can't imagine what could had happened to change them so much.

      We've been shorthanded and it took too long to respond to the complaint, but after investigating the issue we responded and sent a replacement product.

      I am rejecting this response because: according to the reply you got from Dr. Goodpet has me ask if they even read my original complaint against them? If they had they would KNOW that I mentioned what they sent me which was NOT a replacement of the product I paid for from them! I let them know that weeks before putting in the complaint with you that they sent the WRONG replacement and I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK from Dr. Goodpet regarding them sending me the wrong replacement!! I would request that the BBB read my original complaint where I laid out exactly what happened and how they sent a VERY SMALL bottle of the product that I PAID FOR A VERY LARGE BOTTLE OF! I also sent pictures to PROVE I purchased the large bottle NOT THE EXTREMELY SMALL BOTTLE THEY SENT ME!! As I wrote in my original complaint I have NEVER IN THE 13 YEARS BUYING FROM THEM PURCHASED THE SMALL BOTTLE OF THEIR VITAMINS. IT HAS ALWAYS FOR THE ENTIRE 13 YEARS I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM BEEN THE LARGE BOTTLES! Again, I request BBB read the original complaint I put in and they will see I mentioned them sending me the WRONG REPLACEMENT!! As well as look at the pic attachments I sent in that ALSO PROVES I purchased the largest bottle NOT the small bottle that they sent me. I also said in my original complaint that if Dr. Goodpet sent me a paid for **** label I would return to them both the bad large bottle I purchased and the WRONG replacement they sent me. Why am I having to say all of this again that I wrote in my original complaint that clearlly mentioned what they sent me the wrong replacement!
