On September 30, 2022, I ordered a Halloween decoration from Konruy. The product arrived in a dysfunctional state. There was the glue missing and another part to put it together. When the package arrived on October 24, there was the glue missing to put this decoration together and the mask was bent, aside from the fact that the instructions did not match and it would have been impossible to put this together. Halloween has passed and I have been in touch with the company since to get a full refund. I am happy to send everything back. The company acknowledged their fault (I sent them pictures etc.) and they offered a 20% refund. I have not been accepting this, they then went to a 40% refund, and this week offered 50% refund. They justify this with the argument that they would lose money on the transaction if they gave me more. I find this outrageous that I am supposed to pay for a non-functioning product that I could not use for Halloween and essentially pay for their fault. I have the email conversation attached as a file. I am hoping you can help in this matter.
