I first came across Car Lux back in 2017 when my car was starting to break down and my dad had an accident and also needed a different car. I went back and forth through different car dealerships and cars and ended up with a MBZ from them! After a few months, my dad ended up buying his ****** here too! Both cars turned out great for us and since then Ive become a loyal customer! Have referred many friends and family members to them. Since then my brother purchased a car from them! I ended up wanting an SUV and switched my MBZ for a Range Rover, my mom bought a car and just a few weeks ago, my dad bought another car from them. Ive always been skeptical about buying used cars but ever since Ive come across Car Lux, that has changed for me and my family.

Don't know why this place is still in business. They most definitely fool you with kindness and their cars look great but they are SCAMMERS. My boyfriend is in the Military and was in desperate need for a car and this was his first time buying, we are young and learning and he almost purchased a vehicle that had major problems and they lied and said coolant, oil and a few other things were just replaced. That was a lie. & their ADD-ONS for Theft Control something was stupid and an extra $3,600 just go on YELP & read the reviews. Technically if you look up the law, it is legal what they do but it is messed up because people are being taken advantage of and lied to. This is crazy because people are actually signing and putting themselves in debt by even walking foot into this place. DONT BE FOOLED. This place should be closed down but then again, the BBB has many bad reviews for SCAMMERS like so and do not review them. I guess you just have to be smart enough to say no.

My wife and I spent a few days visiting multiple websites. I made it out to a couple of dealerships. This particular dealership stood out from the others. There selection of Foreign vehicles is definitely handpicked we made our choice were able to test drive the vehicle they were able to get us approved through *********** they got us a great interest rate despite the high rates these days everyone there was delightfully friendly we were there for about two hours. The place was packed with customers buying cars. Everyone seem to be in great spirits. We definitely would recommend buying a car from Carlux ?????

I bought a porsche cayenne s from Carlux, there were several issues. No coolant in the car, no washer fluid cap, no oil cap, when i rolled the window down and back up the panel on the door came up with the window. The window issue was on the driver door and the door behind the driver. Carlux fixed the driver door issue but not the door behind the driver. I took the car to porsche for the oil and washer fluid caps, while i was there i had the car checked out. ******* told me the car had 15k extra miles that werent on the odometer. 15k miles had been rolled back. Carlux charged me $1,500 for an anti theft system that I didnt order. A month later carlux calls me and says they have some paperwork for me to sign, when i get there they say they cant get me approved for the car, i put $9k down on a $24k car. They asked me for another $2k down right now, i said no, then they asked me to pay the car note right now, 2 weeks early, i said no. Then they said we will need you to sell us the car back. I had the windows tinted ($350) and the car detailed and buffed ($300). No refunds on any of the money i spent, not even what i spent at porsche ($295). Theyre the worst car dealership ive ever been to. Scammers and swindlers, buyers beware!

Car Lux is a business that could care less about there customers once they receive your money. My car didn't last a month before the transmission began to jump out of nowhere. I called multiple times to bring in my car so they could inspect the problem but they refused to return my calls. One employee by the name of Chris gave the excuse of having to take care of a puppy, how is that even an excuse? Eventually we did get in contact with them and took the car in, however the problem was never resolved. The engine light continued to stay on. This was an inconvenience to me and they didn't even give me a rental. The problem was eventually fixed when I took it to the Nissan dealer, who fixed the transmission themselves. This was all after the salesman Chris, boastfully told us that all the parts were new and inspected due to someone else looking to buy this car before I. I would never recommend anyone do their business here, stay away.
