    We contacted **** after we verified his company through Yelp and Thumbtack. We have a lot of confidence after talking to **** over the phone that he will not oversell.The unit has been working fine but starting to blowing semi cold air (indoor cooling to ***** degrees instead of ***** degrees vs outdoor ****** degrees). Zaur offered $150 for the maintenance fee and immediately show up when we agreed.He changed the filter but did not clean anything else as expected from a regular maintenance. Not even cleaning the fan nor detecting leaks. He claimed that our capacitor was not working properly and promptly charged us $250 extra to replace.We thought it will make the unit better. Instead, it kept the house above 90 degrees now.We called Zaur again and he claimed we need to add the freon - we paid another $250 BUT its still not cooling days later. We tried to contact him to follow up his warranty but **** demand $400 to find "possibly leak".We questioned his warranty and $150 maintenance fee which supposedly checking if there's ANY leak, but we're ignored immediately. **** refused to honor his warranty. Again, this unit was working fine and we had the Nest thermostat history to show its cooling to a certain point.We are currently requesting Yelp and Thumbtack to review ****'s account and to help with 2nd contractor opinion. At this point, **** appeared to intentionally overcharging after he is aware there are a few disabled elderly who stayed in the house.
