      We first contacted Villageway Management, whose one employee overseas our ***, in January 2024 asking for help in managing serious cracks that appeared inside our home along the ceiling. She never followed up.More recently, our home experienced a large leak around February 7. The leak caused major interior damage to the carpet in our guest bedroom. We immediately contacted **** and asked for her to help us. She was slow to respond and send anyone out. In the meantime, we experienced more rain and the leak spread to our master bedroom. **** sent a team out to tarp our large window until she could approve a team to fix the roof.In March, one month after the tarp was taped to the roof, it blew off during windy conditions. We immediately let her know and continued to check in and asked the status of our roof repair. No update other than she needed to get another proposal before she could decide who would actually fix it. March 18 was the last time we heard from her. Since then, my husband asked her for an update, which she ignored. I have informed her that our exterior shows paint damage due to the extended amount of time the tarp was left taped to the roof. Finally, last week on Tuesday, early in the morning, I sent her an email asking her to answer several questions, including the status of the roof repairs, how she plans to address the leak and the carpet, and how she plans to address our exterior. She continues to ignore me. She is also ignoring one of the *** members attempting to assist us in reaching her.Its now been three months since we first reached out and two months living with water damage inside. I am genuinely concerned about my familys health with the possibility of mold growing under our carpet, in addition to the damage to our property. We have experienced several more days of rain since the initial complaint. Her unresponsiveness is beyond frustrating. The inaction is unacceptable and inexcusable. We want a response and a solution.
