I have ordered 5 shirts from Them in November. Every time I contact them they say 28 Days is the normal turnaround from ordering To receiving the order. Here we areIn January and Im getting the same old 18 days. I tol them they have passed the 2 month **** and I still dont have my shirtsBusiness response

I'm sorry that you had this experience! We print, cut and sew in the ** every item ordered after the order is placed. When you received your first orders within the expected timeframe allowing for production and shipping and had an issue with the artwork, we did a partial refund and also put in a free replacement order. The replacement order shipped within our expected timeframe allowing for production through the holidays and tracking shows all of your orders that you placed and the replacement order have shipped. I paid this company 3 weeks ago July 29th to be exact $70 for one hoodie i have sent multiple emails and have yet to get to the bottom of this issue . I either want my money back NOW! Or this hoodie to be in my mailbox tomorrow. I will not be doing business with this company ever nor will Louisville metro policeBusiness response

I'm part of the ownership team at Emblem Athletic. I'm reaching out to offer my apologies for any confusion on your order, EA55825 placed on 7/29.
Emblem manufactures all orders on demand at our US factory. That means there is no stock on a shelf - we currently offer custom apparel for over ***** military and first responder units across the country, and over ****** individual designs. Every time a product is ordered, fabric is pulled off the factory shelf, sublimation printed with our partner units' custom designs (which we create with them at no charge), laser cut, and sewn by hand by a skilled American factory team member before being shipped to our customers' homes.
We shared our typical 18 business day lead time on your order confirmation, but many customers may miss that important note. Our method may take longer, but ensures items are produced here at home rather than in ***** or elsewhere overseas, and feature designs that are dyed into the fabric rather than printed on top of the garment - making it impossible to fade, crack, or peel over time. This reduces unnecessary waste and dramatically reduces the financial burden on units looking for custom gear, who would otherwise have to place bulk orders and wait just as long for their own prepaid inventory. I'll work with our CS team to understand why they communicated that your order was delayed - it is not - it is scheduled to ship on time around Wednesday 8/23. I purchased 4 sweatshirts from a "military affiliated/veteran appreciated business" that cost $250. I have emailed and emailed and only received a canned response that partial orders might be released? Upon further review this is the standard canned response everyone gets and you never will receive an actual product or response from anyone. Bottom line you don't lie about being a company ESPECIALLY a military affiliate or veteran appreciative company. Especially to someone who is military.Initial Complaint

After numerous emails back and forth I have neither received these items nor have I gotten my money back even though I have asked multiple times for a refund since they could not provide the items I purchased. I placed an order in August 2021 which I still have no received. I've communicated with the company on numerous occasions and they keep promising that it would ship soon. I do not appear to be the only person dealing with this issue with this company. At this point, I would greatly appreciate BBB's support in getting a refund and also investigating any suspicious activity at this company due to the sheer number of complaints. I ordered one shirt for $29.94 from a custom shop designed by my ************ Platoon through Emblem Athletic on July 26, 2021. I got the email confirmation of order but never received the product. 10 months later, on May 3, 2022 I wrote the company's customer service line reminding them that they had still yet to fulfill the order and demanded a full refund. At this point, I had received zero correspondence from the company at all. No notice of delays, updates on the order, anything. On May 5, 2022 they wrote back promising to expedite the order. I again directed them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. They wrote back agreeing, confirmed my mailing address, and told me to allow up to 14 business days to receive the check. Today, August 8 (over 3 full months later) I have still yet to receive my refund check. This company is fraudulent and tried to run off as if nothing is wrong until they were called out. And even then they refused to rectify it. Everyone in my company who ordered shirts and hoodies are still waiting for their orders to be fulfilled now 13 months from the time of order, some orders being hundreds of dollars worth. Please help me get my money back.Customer response

I have never received a piece of correspondance from Emblem Athletics with their printed address on it. The address provided in the complaint was the return shipping address from another one of my coworker's orders that was actually delivered. Unfortunately, he did not save the packaging and no longer has the label. None of the company's emails (which is the only correspondance I've ever received) has their address anywhere, and I could not find it on their company website either. These issues only further my belief that the company is a fraudulent scam.
Is there anything else I could attempt to provide to help further the investigation and hopefully reach a resolution if not just warn others away from them?
