This company IONME, LLC. used to be legit and I have ordered items in the past and they were not taking orders recently I thought because of COVID. After some time they started taking orders online so I ordered bracelets from IONME but this time no one is answering phones, email etc. yet they took our orders and money and one order was supposed to be Fed Ex. For months they weren't taking orders and as of a month or ago they started taking orders but I have not gotten anything and money was deducted same day of my bank account. Now store says temporarily closed. I want to know what is going on, if they are closed they should not have taken orders.Initial Complaint

On December 14, 2021 I ordered through their website iomme.com 5 bracelets for Christmas presents. I have ordered from them previously with no issues. I received an order confirmation and order number. (****). I even paid $22.71 extra for 2 day shipping. I have never received my product. Since that time, I have contacted them every possible way. ******* wouldnt allow direct messages. Neither would ********* I did send a direct message through Instagram. I emailed them. I called and left voicemails on every extension, multiple times. I tried to do a ****** review but there is no place to do that. I tried the same thing with the same result on ********* I would prefer to have the product but if not a full refund. I paid a total of $197.48. This is not a pending charge on my credit card, this has already been taken from me. Please help me.
