I am one of the Southwest Airlines impacted on 12-24-2022. I just received a refund from SW for $41.50. I bought a round trip ticket(Southwest Airlines-Conf#**BJ33) for a total amount of ******. I was stuck at *********,** on 12-24-2022 and 12-25-2022 as my flight was cancelled on both days due to Southwester Airlines not having enough staff. I had to catch another flight, the only flight I found on 12-25-2022 that would leave ****** to ******, **. This flight cost me 1,600,60 (American Airlines-Record Locator-BZYBCO). I am seeking from SWA $216.00 for half of my round ticket purchased on 8-19-2022. I am also requesting a full refund on the ticket I purchased due to many cancelations on their part. It was extremely humiliating what I lived those 2 days in ****** due to SWA not being prepared with sufficient staff for flights booked in advance. I would appreciate if SWA reviews my case with all proof given and reimburses me for the total amount of $1,816.60. Bought their alarm system through a dealership when purchasing my car. Was sold to me under the conditions that if my car was ever stolen that they would replace the car/there would be some kind of pay out. That car has unfortunately been stolen. Have now been trying to contact this business numerous times now. The claims department goes to voicemail immediately every time I call, same situation when trying to call the supervisor. Only person that answers is the receptionist and they are unable to take or process claims so I am getting no where and no one is calling me back like they said they would. Very shady.Business response

I investigated this one, the customers name is **********************He had called in yesterday afternoon and we followed up with the customer today in the morning. I have been in contact with the customer all day today gathering his documents for his claim. This complaint must have been from yesterday or today early in the morning.
Help customer- customer was helped today 1/17/2023.
Resolution- his claim is being processed as he submits required documents.
History- customer called in yesterday 1/16 and this morning 1/17, he got a call back and voicemail today 1/17. Customer returned the call and spoke to claims over the phone and has been in communication all day 1/17.
Please let me know if any other details are needed.

I have been battling with the dealership that sold me my car about a **** alarm for some months now, I have called so many people and they have just been giving me the run around, I was contacted by the southwest dealer 5 days ago and was advised that they were mailing me a check. I was advised by my dealership that the **** alarm was installed incorrectly. I paid $95.00 to have it uninstalled because it caused my car to not start on many occasions. I called the dealership on many occasions and provided this information from people that stated they were managers and the issue was never resolved. I have been calling since the end of last year when i started having the issue with my car. The **** alarm has since been removed and cost me $95.00, I am only looking to get my money back for the incorrect installationBusiness response

3 27 calls a day from this company and it's very annoying it's like a Spam call I did not sign up for this service somehow they continue to call me after I begged and pleaded with them to remove me from their roster it's been 5 months and they still continue to call me I keep telling them I do not want their service and they call me all times a day and night please help theBusiness response

Not sure where there from, but this has been going on for over 4 months. I get 2-3 calls daily, i have asked to be taking off there list by automation and person to person. Im registered on the national do not call list. This is my personal and business phone number. This is ridiculous and very frustrating. Im tired of being harassed by them. They call from different numbers and states each time. You cant call the number back, says it not dialed right. Most of the time they hang up on you when u complain about the calls and ask to be taken off the list. But i have gotten a couple of times them say they will, but so far still getting multiple calls a day.Business response
