      I cannot express how bad our car buying experience was after purchasing a 2023 *** with 5 miles on it and bit being able to drive after 2 days of almost flipping the vehicle due to lane departure and forward collision issues. Hired a Lemon law attorney and made 11 payments and they finally decided to reimburse us for "almost" all money spent. *** had a tow truck driver pick up and deliver to another dealership 4 hours away only to be delivered to the wrong destination. With that being said we no longer have possession of the vehicle and still require to make another payment. To top the cake they sent the reimbursement check to a completely different lawfirm. Do yourself a favor and stay away from *** *********************** You will get no where with customer service at all. I also do not recommend purchasing anything from ********************* *** of Mobile Alabama because they will lie as well. Go on their website and check out my review on them you will see a photo of the vehicle with T*** wrote on the back window!

      If I could post No Stars it would be too good for **** Buying a car from *** has been the worse decision Ive made in years! The call center is outsourced to a bunch of people who only read from a script and never understand your issue. I got wrong information 4 times after waiting on hold for an hour. The dealership never returns calls and only wants your money to close the deal. Once the deal is closed they vanish and give horrible service. This was a very bad decision on my part.

      Scammers. I purchased a brand new *** from the dealership. The vehicles hasnt run two weeks in a row without having a major issue. They keep it for a week Or two. Fixed for two weeks then the sane issue. Filed a lemon law against them. Given me the run around ever since for 6 months. Worse vehicles. Keep away if you can.

      Within 4 years, I had purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. My first vehicle (2014 ************); cosigned with my sister consent, engine went bad after 3 years. Went back to the dealership and was put in a 2017 *********** cosigned without my sister consent. They never informed me I needed a cosigner at the time, they just pushed the same paper work through from my 2014 ************ purchased. Within 3 months of having the 2017 *** ******** the engine went. Took it back, *** replaced the engine. Moving forward 2 years later, I received letter in the mail for a trade in for the car, and coincidentally the power steering stop working on its own. Took the car to dealership (*********************** of ********) and told ****************** wanted to do trade in and also my steering control is not working properly. He was not able to get me in another vehicle and they were not willing to take the vehicle back because I owe too much on the car (that they sold me). Left the dealership (in the unsafe car) without them ever taking the car to be looked at. Even though ******** knew the power steering was not working correctly. There is an extended warranty to replace **************** Steering (EPS). To make sure it was accurate I called *** ******** service and they said I will be covered. So took the vehicle back to the dealership the next morning and they said they were unaware of this warranty, but they will work on the car. I didn't get an update on the vehicle until 4pm, closing time. After speaking to ***** and ****, I will never go back to *** after this issue. They stated will work on the car, but if you need it in the meantime you can drive it but you need to manually steer it. Basically drive in an unsafe car, then bring it back for service. The service is not good, and the workers were not empathic. I called *** to file a complaint and I don't believe it will ever get address. Save your HARD WORKING MONEY and go elsewhere.

      During a 6/29/24 service *** Bouchard-*** identified severe tire wear and recommended new tire installation. 2023 *** ******** with approx. 24, 332 miles after only 1 year of service. *** Bouchard ****************** made recommendations regarding appropriate tires for this vehicle. OEM tires provided for this vehicle are under-rated for the size vehicle. *** Bouchard-*** ************** ************************** ******************* Distributor/Dealer, and local Tire expert (******'s Tire) all provided the same evaluation. *** manufacturing provided an under-rated/improper tire for the vehicle. This Consumer Complaint is directed to **************** ****standard components installed and passed along to the consumer. I have owned *** vehicles since year 2012. New 2012, new 2014, new 2014, new 2022 Sportages. Never has this condition existed. I expect *************** to address this deficiency and provide the path forward in replacing these tires. I have obtained recommendations from the Authorized Dealer and expect *************** to cover all charges. ******************** has been un-apologetic and provides no certain commitment by *** to provide resolution to a long-term, dedicated consumer. I expect immediate attention to this circumstance and to be contacted promptly by *** Corporate personnel with the authority to take responsibility for this situation. Tires are severely worn, and *** will be held liable for cost and injury such any occurs while operating this vehicle.

      Case# ******** We contacted *** headquarters and got no where. We hope you can help us out with this issue. Hello, We purchased this 2015 *** ******* brand new and now we are having issues at the A pillar around the windshield the paint is cracking and peeling off. I have attached pictures for your review. I brought our ******* to the dealership and was told to contact *** directly. I also brought the car to our auto body mechanic to get it checked and I was told by them that it is a manufacture issue. We are really disappointed that this has happened and are thinking twice about investing in another *** *******. In all our years of purchasing used *******s we never encountered a situation like this. Please review our issue and get back to us at your earliest convenience. This is an issue your company has and this is how the problem is resolved indicating that there is a 3 year ******** ***** miles and UNFORTUNATELY the repair will be customer pay. That is pure BS on your company's behalf. We paid good money for this ******* not to have the paint peel off the *******. How would you or your higher *** feel if this happened to them. We will seek other alternatives regarding this issue and it will be known to others not to purchase any *** *******s.Totally disgusted and disappointed with your company and expect us to have a GREAT DAY.....       I had my *** serviced at ********************* in *********** ga. I have to say their service department is great you are treated with respect and they are very attentive to your questions. **** the manager and of course **** went above and beyond to help me .

      I just shot them off this email. We have been through so much:Dear ******************* little history regarding the repair situation concerning this *** ******** The dealership had possession of this vehicle for 4 months to begin with. And, when they returned it, we didn't even have the vehicle for 1 entire week until it kept dying on us.You need to know what it is like to be in traffic in a vehicle that dies with your family in the car before you can appreciate what I am saying to you. When you put your family in an unsafe vehicle and they look back at you with trust in their eyes, you had better hope that it is not the last time you see their eyes looking at you at all. You need to know what it feels like to have angry motorists behind you wondering why you are going at the light that turned green when you began to go, but then didn't. Or when a motorist, angry, shouts at you as to why you don't pull that piece of junk off the road and park it for good. Okay, history ****** over, let's move on.The dealership has now had it for 3 weeks since last Friday, the 5th of July because, guess what, it kept dying after we just had it almost a week. That is to say, continuously kept dying, in traffic. Do I need to paint you another picture of the unsafe vehicle your dealership is putting my family in?We are not happy with *** and insist this car is a lemon whether or not it fits any of your lemon definitions or not, it fits mine and that is all I need to know.At this point, 8 months later, we think this situation calls for a new replacement vehicle before this one stalls in the middle of another intersection and another vehicle broadsides my family and me.Now tell me, ************** who do you think should get a BCC of this email, because I am getting really, really tired of talking at this point.

      My wife's *** is 2 years old under warranty, go to fox *** ************ MI left car for repairs they installed headlight to new altenator still did not fix they said they called *** waiting on an answer, been weeks no car and dealer said can't give a loaner, none available plus they have not found problem yet. Losing business and no solution in sight.unknown when I will see the car again, guess it's law suit time

      My 2020 Kia ******** engine died at only 37k miles. Its been at the dealership (********************* of ********, **) since February (its now July) as we wait for a new engine. We have not been provided a loaner car or reimbursed for our rental car fees. We were forced to lease a new car for our family while still paying payments on this Sorento. We pay insurance and payments on a car we havent seen in 5 months. DO NOT BUY A ****
