Horrible. Purchased contract in 2018. Canceled in 2020. Called multiple times. Always get answering service and no one calls you back.I'm going to a TV station to air my story if this doesn't get resolved. I wouldn't give ANY stars if that was An option.Review from Rose B.

Terrible business relation. You can't get anyone directly via phone. You have to leave a message with their answering service for someone to call you back. I've been trying to receive my cancelation prorated money back from my purchase date 2019. They have helped with nothing. They don't call you back after the first call. I called 5 days in row and no return call. They lied about when they received my cancelation letter. I could go on and on about this company. It shouldn't be this difficult to get my money back as it wasn't difficult to take my money. I wouldn't suggest this company to anybody.Review from Angelica P

I paid for my contract when I finished and I needed to use service they did not cover nothing.so I asked to refund me my ****. Dollars back and they told me to send them a notarized letter with request and I have done it three times and I never hear from them. I call and they do not return my callsReview from Dawn G

Terrible customer **********************. Every time you call it's an answering service regardless of the time of day. Left multi messages and no call back. As soon as my contract balance was paid in full my access to the website was terminated. Still trying....Review from Dennis U

This company has refused to pay any claim we have filed. We could have paid for all the repairs with the amount spent for the "coverage" they claimed when they sold us the policy. They refused a claim saying that it wasn't an emergency when the truck broke down on the way to the repair shop.Review from Roberta G

My husband and I purchased warranty plan with this company making payments faithful, and just shy from 2 months will be paid in full. We had our 2016 ****** Rogue service drop off at a ****** shop on Thursday, they had to order a part, my husband stated to them, we had coverage and and to be sure it will be covered. The ****** Shop reached out to them ( Auto Services the one who sold us the contract), they had the shop on hold a long time never answered. So I reached out and called claims on Friday afternoon no answer called back later the office was closed. Then I called left a 2x message. So I decide to get my car repair couldn't go without transportation over the weekend. First thing Monday morning (Chole' and ******* both tell me with a displeasing tone they could not and will not cover regardless. I they should honor they contract .Review from Alice B

I was scam by this company to purchase an extended warranty from on 4/05/2019. the warranty was paid in full. Twice i tried to use the warrant for repairs at the dealership in *******, *****. the first time they paid for some repairs. of about ***** dollars i paid the rest of cost which was three hundred twenty four dollars. The second time I tried for payment for repairs they denied the claim. This is company is nothing but a scam they need to be stopped i want my money back I did cancel my policy and did everything I was told to due.Review from Sorin N

This seems like a scam. They claimed to know I had I purchased a ****** sometime in the ****s even though I have never owned or purchased a ******. The customer ********************** **** ***** was very defensive, raised his voice when I mentioned I was having trouble understanding due to a bad connection. Given my experience and the reviews below I would patiently wait for the pitch and then ask to be removed from the call list.
