For the past few months, NewPort Pacific has reportedly been trying to find a new manager for the **************************** in ****, *******. The previous manager was going to be replaced, due to what the residents considered to be very incompetent in the position.Glenaire Rv Park has a year around residency of approximately 10 people. The remaining spaces are occupied only during the winter months by "Snowbirds" from the northern states and ******.It was brought to my attention that the park's overall condition over the summer has detriorated significantly. That hard to do as the previous manager allowed the park to become poorly maintained. (Note: In March of 2023, I had forwarded a letter to the park manager and his supervisor about the condition of the park. It contained 4 bulleted items of concern. I did not receive a single response to my concerns.)As the process moved forward with securing a new manager, I requested from the area manager that they advise the residents of what was going on. she assured me that when they made their final decisional residents would be notified. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago.I was notified that a new manager was in place. I reached out to Newport Pacific trying to find out what had transpired. During a phone conversation with one of are managers, she confirmed that a new manager had been assigned to our park. I asked about their commitment to notify residents. She state that they had distributed letters to all residents. I told her I did not get one. She stated they had printed out the letter and taped one to each door in the park. Again remember this is basically a empty park due to "snowbirds" not yet in the area. I advised her that practice was ridiculous.Since that time, repeated attempt to reach anyone at Newport Pacific has apparently fallen on deaf ears. It appears that the mismanagement at the park level may be evident of dysfunctional management in the upper level as well.
