This company totally scammed me. I was researching pillows for stomach sleepers and puretree came up. Ordered 2 pillows. Puretree called a couple days later claiming the pillows were backordered and they didnt know when I would get it. If I cancelled my order and waited until more came in I would be at the back of the line and they said they are always on backorder. I said to just keep my order in place, this seemed like a legit company, they sell pillows on amazon, no complaints about getting completely ripped off from anyone on there. I didnt hear anything for 3 months. I got an email saying my pillows had been shipped. My wife hated it the first night so I emailed puretree on how to return the pillows. No response. Their website says 30 day hassle free refunds. 100 day satisfaction guarantee. I emailed the concierge email address on their website. No response. I emailed them several times. I called the number on their website and its disconnected. I realize I had been duked. Puretree acted like the pillows are out of stock, then manipulated me from cancelling my order by claiming I would go back to the end of the line if I cancelled my order. They waited until almost exactly 90 days had passed so I couldn't dispute it through my credit card company and there would be no way to return it. There is no way to reach them. I had my friend place an order online and guess what? Magically puretree calls him later and tells him the same thing they told me.
