I purchased these tires through prioritytire.com. After having them installed, it was apparent that the tires were not roadworthy. After driving down the road, they had a shake at normal driving speeds. After attempting to re-balance, the tires, the tire shop confirmed that the road force was far beyond acceptable limits. Priority tire filed a warranty claim and delium tires has yet to respond to several emails. There is no contact information for delium tires and they will not respond to my online request for contact. I have replace the tires already as they are unable to be balanced, and produce a shake on the highway. I am only asking for a refund as they are unsafe and unusableInitial Complaint

I pre-purchased 2 tires for my mountain bike in February of 2022. The tires were on backorder until late March of 2022. The tires did ship to me and I received them. I had an issue with one of the tires not seating properly onto my rear rim. I took the wheel and tire to a reputable bicycle mechanic who advised me that my wheel was not the issue and that it was the tire.There was a huge deflection in the tire which was probably from poor manufacturing. I contacted the distributor via email and received a response within one business day. I was asked to provide photos along with the make and model of my wheels which I was told would expedite the replacement tire. I immediately emailed the photos and information as requested but did not receive a confirmation email or response.After a few days, I emailed a ************ *** as he was the representative that responded to my first email. Mr *** never responded. In addition, I also emailed the warranty department and also never received a response.I also emailed the sales department and also received no response. This has been a frustrating experience as my only form of correspondence with the distributor is only through email as no telephone number is listed or provided.
