      I am giving them 1 star because no star wasn't an option! Same story as below on several reviews. Ordered Sept 24th, 2021. Was charged on my **** Sept 29th for ******. The same day I am charged I receive an email from a gentleman explaining they are out of stock on my item. I am offered a refund and cancelation or to keep the charge and be first to ship to when in stock. I decided to keep order as everyone was outta stock. New Estimated date was Nov 15th *****. Get same email in Nov explaining still on back order new delivery date January 21st, 2022. I got on line today. Opened my email to track order. The link doesn't work. No one responds. All the links take you to an error page. You cannot contact the company. I just hung up with my credit card company. I have opened a dispute to try to get my money back. There is no excuse to be unreachable as a Company. Especially one taking hundreds of dollars from hard working individuals. I am Starting to think it was a scam to begin with. I Don't know how they've been in business for 14 years! I Do NOT recommend ordering from them. Especially after reading so many similar reviews. Very discouraging.

      As many of the previous replies have stated this company is a bunch of scammers taking people's money and sending nothing. I initially ordered in September and was told the boots weren't actually in stock a few days later but they didn't hesitate to charge my paypal anyway. I was then told once more that they were delayed until some time in December, then once again at the end of January like they needed more time to string me along. Luckily I'm within the 180 day purchase range so hopefully I don't get scammed out of my money. I thought it might have been too good to be true that they had boots in stock that no one else had and it was. As of now their website is down and the email is down, looks like they took the money and ran.

      This dude scammed me out of some work boots. He purposely says the are out of stock for 6 months that way we cant dispute with certain *****. His name is *********************. Lives in the ********** area.

      I have a warranty claim pending for a pair of boots. I emailed and they were helpful in confirming the warranty claim was approved and the new boots would be on the way, BUT not until mid December due to back orders. I was fine with that and confirmed with them that I would wait. We are into January now so I emailed them to get an update and NO ONE RESPONDS. I have emailed them 5 times trying to attract some attention and again no one responds. I have never had a problem with the company, but when you start ignoring your customers, I have a problem.

      I experienced the same issue--they made me pay for the boots in June for December delivery--cannot get a phone call to anyone, emails not answered either.

      Order boots in the summer and was told they were backordered and would ship in November. I should have cancelled my order but I said I would wait. Then they pulled the money before they were shipped. I contacted them and said they would ship them still but haven't seen them yet. Want answer emails or phones. Do not buy from this site. As of now they have taken down their site.

      The apparently familiar story of ordering months ago, being told they were on back order, that date came and went, told a second time to wait which has come and went almost a month ago now. No response from "customer service". Pretty sure I've just been ripped off. Since I actually need new boots seeing as it's you know winter, I finnally broke down and ordered the exact same type from ****** and those ******** had it to me in three days. Don't waste your cash with these *******. ***

      I ordered boots that were on backorder and was told they would be shipped by Nov 14th. No boots and no response to emails. They supposedly have been updating to a new phone system for weeks, so you are not able to speak with anyone on the phone either. Horrible customer service!

      Similar to some other reviewers, I placed an order in June or July for boots listed as in stock. I was contacted by email about a week or so later (when they should have already shipped) and told they were not in stock but backordered and asked if I was willing to wait until roughly mid October for delivery. I said yes. Unsurprisingly to readers at this point, that date came and went without product or contact from the company. I emailed about a week passed the expected delivery date and received no response from them. So I attempted to call, but the number routes directly to an automated messaging system that says there are no customer services representatives available by phone due to them moving. I emailed them several more times over the subsequent week requesting a refund. They have not responded to a single email. Perhaps at one time it was a legitimate company, but as far as I can tell it is exclusively a scamming operation at this point. My only hope is that I can recoup some money by reporting them to my credit card company for fraud.

      Hopefully you will come and read this review before you order. I ordered in June, verify that I was willing to wait till October to receive boots at we're out of stock, because the price was great. October came, and went, no boots. When I questioned them a week after the delivery date, they responded promptly, told me they checked, the boots were in stock and it would take two weeks. I thought it was odd that I had to remind a company to send me my paid product but, I had waited this long so I tried to be patient. After I questioned them two weeks after the extra two weeks, they quit replying. I called their work number oh, and I was told that doodoo transferring phone systems I had to use email. I had a strange feeling if I called in the summer, they were still transferring back then. I have asked for the my money back at this point and oh, no response. Almost 10 Emails deep and they are ignoring me now. Whatever you do, pay the extra money and ignore these yahoos. They are scam artists, unreliable, and once they realize that somebody might catch on that they are running a scam, they just quit replying and they are hidden behind emails and fake addresses.
