    Purchased a SUV from this dealership around September of 2022. The car drove fine for about a month when the check engine light came on. I went back to the dealership and the said "it aint no thing" and apparently just reset the code. This happened a few more times to which, I'm assuming, the same resetting of the codes occurred. The last time, they advised I just needed a part ordered from MI and that the service Manager would call me and tell me when it would arrive. I stopped driving the car at that point to wait for the part. They said two weeks, so I waited two weeks and called back. Spoke with the service manager again - he seemed to have no idea who I was. He then said he would call me back before the end of the day. No call back. I called 3 more times and spoke with the service manager to receive the same treatment. Now, at this point, when I attempt to move the vehicle for street sweeping it overheats after about 3 minutes of driving, goes into limp mode, and an array of codes flash like a Christmas Tree. I call again, am told I will be called back, no call. At this point I write a ****** review, lo and behold I get a call within minutes. They tell me to call ********* and they will tow the car for free; this is not the case. They were asking for $300 for a tow. I tell the dealer this and they say they will speak with the owner to see what we can do and will call me back by the end of the next day. No call back. I call back ONE WEEK later and they say there's nothing they can do. that "no one" will tow the car for them (the dealership). I ask how that can be possible that no one will tow a car and they say it's because no one will do it for free as they won't pay. This "dealership" sold me a lemon and is refusing to work with me, on many, many occasions, and now is apparently too cheap to tow my car? I Traded in a $26,000(!!!!) car for this new one and it's a lemon. My next call will be to my attorney.
