This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have had nothing but issues with this company and missing orders. I get told one thing and then the complete opposite happens. I have had 2 replacement orders sent to me and have yet to have anything delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY it is a rip off. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to me ordering from them.Review from Linda G

Beware of this company Medterra. They start out ok and then somehow delivery issues arise. Many complaints about this as I have found out. They **** it delivered when it wasnt. They have terrible customer service. Never again nor their other two companies.Review from Morgan F

One of the most horrific experiences Ive ever had with customer service. This company charged my credit card without me ordering. Do NOT give them your credit card information unless you want to be scammed. They are simply a horrible, fraudulent company.Review from Lisa S

I have been ordering the same product for awhile and it has been a game changer for sleeping. I am on the automatic order every 2 months. I personally have never had an issue with delivery. Side note For some reason my product, Fast Asleep is no loner being produced and this time I was sent a different product which they did inform me about. Sadly it did not work. I will call them to ask why they stopped making that product and if they will bring it back. My experience has been wonderful.Review from drew t

first time dealing with this company will also be the last. its no wonder they have so many horrible reviews. I ordered something that unbeknownst to me was sitting on back order so had to reach out to them to find that out. I looked on order page many times to see if it was ever going to be shipped and never said my items were back ordered. They issued a refund and im still yet to see it. had to file dispute with bank. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered from Medterra. They overcharged me at checkout, and when I called to talk to customer service I was repeatedly told operators were busy and then promptly hung up on. Chat customer service said its too late to correct, even though I reached out first thing in the morning. Do not order from this company. I now have to await shipment and suffer the inconvenience and expense of returning, if the product ever arrives at all. There are plenty of comparable products out there by companies who give a darn.Review from Jason B

I have ordered from Medterra regularly for 5+ years and every experience has been great so far. Recently I got the wrong items in my box and their customer service was excellent. I had a reply from them within a couple of hours on a weekend and a new box with my correct items was on the way, too. Ill add I also love the products, which have helped me sleep and helped me relax.Review from Laura P

Although their products are ok, they are quite deceptive about their shipping. I ordered something from them to help me sleep on a Sunday. The product was shipping from ******* to ***** and I got notified it would be delivered on Friday.Friday came along, no package. Then I was notified it would be Saturday and again, no package. Then I was notified that it would be delivered Sunday which is stupid since that's not a delivery day. Then I was notified it would be Monday and again no package. I then called Medterra who said that *** had passed it off to the **** and that **** had TWELVE DAYS to deliver it to me! Of course they play innocent and act like they have no control. Yes, they do! Why do they not state this on their website? If it had stated it could take that long I never would ordered in the first place! And why deal with a shipper who is going to sit on my package for 12 days? I can get stuff from overseas in less time than that. It was so obvious talking to customer service that they could care less.Medterra Response

Unfortunately, the larger delay with some of our orders are tied to widespread issues with ********* Not specific to Medterra, the entire postal service appears to be overwhelmed by the recent surge in online orders. To clarify, once we deliver the package to ********* we do not have any control on how quickly they work.

As shown on our website, we have a 1-3 day processing timeframe and we do not ship orders on the weekends, as our fulfillment center is closed. *****'s order shipped via *** Mail Innovations. The estimated delivery timeframe is 4-7 business days. Once the processing timeframe is factored in, it can take up to ***************************************************************** *****'s case, she received her order 8 business days after her order was processed.

I ordered CBD oil from Medterra! It tasted like plain MCT oil, there was no cannabis flavor at all. I thought this was unusual as I have tried many others and it always has a distinct flavor. The oil did not work for me so I am suspicious that it was plain oil. I usually will respond to 25 mg, I took 50mg and still nothing! For some odd reason, this company added and charged me for 3 bottles when I ordered only one. I shipped the other 2 back and no refund, I had to contact them after 3 weeks to get my refund. (No one answers the phone there, only emails) this company is very shady in my opinion.Review from Jeffrey F

Pretty much the same complaints. Ordered, paid for and no delivery. They won't even answer the phone. How can they keep doing this to people? Oh well, live and learn.
