This agency keeps calling my job and my family and harassing me. When I ask them for more information they refuse to give me any. They keep threatening to send me to court after I have asked several times to send me some documentation about who they are. They refuse to and hang up. I have asked them several times, and so has my employer, for them to stop calling me at work due to the fact that my employer doesn't allow calls from debt collectors. They refuse to comply and hang up. They have released my personal information to other people who do not have the permission to do so.Initial Complaint

This "company" which I don't even think is a real company is harassing my family members about a "debt" I never did and saying I will be going to court over a legal claim. They demanded I send them money to settle my "debt". When I asked for information about the company they couldn't give me an address, a website, nothing just "Westfield Office" they claim to be a proceedings office.Initial Complaint

The company called me and made me scared saying that they will take me to court if I didn't pay them for a delinquent account that I had with Advance America. I swear I didn't have an loan for them. I didn't want to go to court so I agreed to do an automatic payment which they took out $73.75 every week. I just want my money back and have them taken to court.Initial Complaint

This compliance officer named ******* called from ************ and was very rude. She called in reference to ***** Shows which is my husband's brother. We have not had any contact with ***** since 2019. This lady said she was sending someone to our house to look for him. I said he wasn't welcome here. She hung up. She called my husband 2 times. Once she said the same thing. The next time she left a voicemail and a text to contact Westfield at ************** in reference to case ******.Initial Complaint

This collection agency is contacting me regarding a debt that I did NOT authorize, which was created by an ex. The original creditor is aware of this, the proceeding collection agencies were warned about this by my attorney and that a fraud affidavit was signed for the original party. The 2 previous collection agencies deemed the account uncollectable due to it being disputed and unauthorized by myself or anyone legally able to do so on my behalf! THIS ***************** posing as an attorney's office trying to collect on supposedly an insurance claim is calling my children's friends and people I haven't spoken with in over a decade and stating to them that they will continue calling them even though they were instructed NOT to call back unless I settle the claim against myself. They are harassing uninvolved people and disclosing my personal information to them that NOT even correct! When I contacted this company, they refused to allow me to dispute their account, refused to provide their mailing address or email where my attorney could send them a legal communication. At the end of the call the supervisor stated they will continue calling anyone they choose until I settle the account which they will not allow me to dispute the validity of!Initial Complaint

This company is harassing my family members providing my personal information along with different company name.They said they are not a collection agency and work for a law firm and will send a compliance officer to your home.
