Absolutely horrible disgusting people, theyre extremely rude, offensive, mouthy, and incredibly immature for a business of any sort, they called with shotty information about a debt, I almost thought it was a scam, they gave me a case number and said I had days before I would have a court date and wage garnishments. I didnt even know of this collection ,or this agency, I got nothing in the mail, no notice, they just called out of the blue threatening that Im being sued, they called close relatives and friends and even told them I was in legal trouble, regardless what questions I tried to ask, they couldnt provide documents, or any answers, this is insanely pathetic behavior for any company, and Im devastated I cant give them 0 stars.Review from Loiuse B

Debt collection agency that POSES as a law firm. Uses scare tactics to get you to pay a debt. Will tell you that they are filing a claim against you that will become public record. They will use public record to call anyone connected to you. Beware!Review from Meagan P

I asked them to mail me a paper statement they told me they will only give out 2 statements one for the 1st payment then one for the paid in full. And they will only send it through email. They will not send one in the mail. They call my phone at 6:30am every morning and they say oh we are 3 hours ahead of your time but if they are in ********** that's in the same time zone as Washington right, they have called my brother and my sister-in-law trying to get ahold of me telling them there is an open case on me and I need to pay it. But when I ask for things from the person who calls me they say they will not give out anymore information. It seems a bit like a scam to me.Review from Koda L

I wouldnt even give a 1 star rating but it wont allow me to not leave the star rating empty! Im so tired of being harassed by this collection agency or whatever they are. They called stating I was about to be part of a lawsuit basically and that if I agreed to give my bank info or credit card to put on file for payments they could stop this process yet could tell me who the original debt collection agency was or any information about them. I didnt give them any information because it was so sketchy but they have now contacted my brother and dad and its just becoming more of a harassment issue!Review from Ta H

This is a collection company that tries to scare you into giving a credit card. Supposedly an "active" court case that has to be unsealed by their inhouse attorneys. They tell you they can't provide any information on the debt, and just give you a huge run around.Review from Diane Y

Very shady, calling people and saying the unsealed court documents calling everyone that pops up on ****** that knows you and harassing people that know you .beware get a lawyer
