      I purchased a Toshiba tv last year. I called into tech support last week and they told me to do troubleshooting. They then told me that they could a repair in the best buy store. they then put me on hold and told me in store was not an option. they told me only way to get repair would be in home repair. I told them I was not comfortable with in home repair, and I suggested an exchange. they said an exchange was not possible. they also created an account on bestbuy.com for me without my permission, and now I'm getting marketing emails from Best Buy that I don't want nor I ever requested.

      I purchased my third Tv from Toshiba and had issues with the second one within a year and had to get another one. Now this recent one isnt playing in 4K quality. I have another Toshiba 4K that Ive had for years in my living room and it plays the same shows in 4K but the new one in my room doesnt play 4K at all. All trouble shooting steps done, tv software updated and all. They are giving my the run around telling me nothing is wrong when the tv would need a visual of someone coming out to view the issue and compare it to the Toshiba in the living room. Almost a 4 week run around and most recent the agents say a specialist will call but never does. Im only available to be in front of my Tv on weekends because they are closed when Im off work during the weekdays. They refuse to send their tech team out and refuse to let ******* handle it. I tried calling on the 23rd of April and both agent hung up and never called back. It was between 11:50 and 12:11 PM PST. Last time I replaced the other TV they gave me the run around as well. This is ridiculous. The Indians and tech team have no clue on how to do their job after I explain the trouble shooting steps done and theres clearly an issue. The tv was purchased last year which was replaced for the other Toshiba TV that was acting up.

      I want an email. They didnt even apologize. Just asking for my tv model and etc and no way to respond back to what they sent on bbb.org. My factory warranty will be up soon. They did this mess last time with the other Toshiba Tv. Terrible company. I want someone who understands. The third world workers are useless and dont care and dont try.

      On April 6,2023, my Toshiba 50" ** model 50L5200U, stopped functioning properly. I pushed my remote button the Toshiba sign displayed and the show started playing with great sound and no picture. I began to trouble shoot and research this matter. I soon learned several others had this same issue with this same model. So the ** is defective. I contacted Toshiba America on Friday, April 7,2023 at 7:42 pm and spoke with ***** who wanted to troubleshoot. In the end, I spoke with *****, the manager to advised there was nothing that could be done after over an hour on the call. I have been purchasing Toshiba products for over 25 years. My last ** was a Toshiba with the large back and it worked for years until I gave it away to purchase this model for the slimness and features. In other words, I purchased another Toshiba because they are a reputable brand who before now has always stood by their product and guarantee. I would like Toshiba to repair or replace my ** because I have not had it long and there is clearly an issue and this particular model should be recalled and fixed.

      Toshiba is selling ** units that fail after a single year of standard usage and will not honor any warranty and will not do anything to fix a clearly defective unit. Their suggestion was to purchase another defective Toshiba ** unit.I would like the defective product replaced. I don't want any money or extras or anything.       I purchased a TV from Best Buy for my daughter last year prior to Christmas. Ever since I had it put on the wall, it has given me problems. It takes about 10 minutes to warm up/turn on, it will randomly turn off and back on numerous times and sometimes just sits for minutes at a time with no action. I called Best Buy and they said I needed to reach out to Toshiba for the manufacture warranty, however, I have been given the run around and have yet to be able speak to anyone. I am concerned my warranty will expire. I called Toshiba, and they said they dont service the particular model, and for me to call a different number. The second number didnt have a person I could speak to and kept hanging up, the third number was for printers. I are at a loss and need help. I asked for a supervisor but they wouldnt allow me to.

      I bought this microwave model number: ML-EM45PIT(SS) serial number: *********************************************** from ********************************************** listed as the seller) through Amazon for $190.79 ************* Dollars, and after 5 months of use it randomly started constantly whining even when not in use. The noise stops if I put my hand on top of the unit (which also randomly gets hot), but starts back up the second my hand leaves it. I was told by the Internet that this is a common problem with a defective magnetron in the unit. It's still under the 1 year limited warranty. I have contacted Toshiba 2 times this week via email, and still have not received any response. Their phone number does not work. It just keeps on ringing with no one picking up.

      I complained to Toshiba not Dynabook, and apparently Toshiba thinks that Dynabook is responsible as the manufacturer of Toshiba microwaves. Otherwise they wouldn't have sent you the complaint.

        I did contact Toshiba lifestyles through their contact us website, and through the BBB. It's not my fault that they continue to send the complaint to their supervisor Dynabook.

      I purchased a Toshiba model 55m550u ** on 12/22/21 from ********* ** began having problems with changing inputs. I contacted Toshiba in regards to such, and the process out the gate was poor. First rep treated me as I was an invalid. It was finally decided that a tech would need to come. This was set up. I was then contacted (2/1/.22) and informed that a tech is not available and a new ** will be sent through warranty. For that to happen, another toshiba representative would contact me within 40 hours to place a hold for the replacement tv prior to shipment. That call never happened. I again called Toshiba today (2/21/22) as I still had not received a call. I was informed that Toshiba is sorry and someone will contact me within 48 hours. I had received a text message after this call apologizing for me missing the call. The call never happened. How can I miss it? I called again today (2/23/22) as I have still not received a call, and again was informed it has not been a full ************************************************ I would Toshiba to hold up their agreement with the warranty and replace the unit or refund me the money of the faulty model.

      When I plug my tv in, it says toshiba Chromecast and then the screen goes black. Red light is on. Then after about a minute, the red light dissapeares. Will not turn on with remote, only by unplugging and then plugging back in.toshiba model 55l621ua lot of other people have the same problem and toshiba hasn't done anything to address that.       I purchased a Toshiba Television !-5-2020, as advertised , it has a 1 year warranty. I am experiencing a lot of issues where the unit does not work. I have tried several avenues to contact Toshiba to get it resolved and all I get is a run around. Obvious they do not want to fix. They keep giving me web addresses to go to. The last one I was given I was asked for my credit card information because I was going to be charge 1 dollar for this service. I will not give that information to someone I do not know or trust. I want this unit fixed or replaced.
