      I placed an order #****** on February 10, 2024 with LaptopKeyReplacements.com totaling $19.73 to receive a new key cap for one of my laptops. The order did not arrive, so I sent emails to the company on several occasions that went unanswered. I tried calling them using the phone number on their Contact page, and it is not in service. This company is nothing but a scam. They take people's money and don't provide a product, then don't respond to requests. Please help take this company off the Internet so other people don't lose their money.

      On June 16, 2023 I ordered $91.71 worth of replacement keys for my laptop from replacementlaptopkeys.com. After receiving a shipping confirmation with a bad tracking number, I contacted them and heard back from "*****" on June 20, 2023 confirming that the keys hadn't been sent, and that several of them were backordered. After several emails back and forth, I confirmed that I wanted the keys they had in stock shipped to me, and the backordered keys shipped upon receipt. After receiving and using the in-stock keys and finding them poor quality, I emailed again on September 13, 2023 and asked that I be refunded for the remaining keys I had not yet received, as the quality was poor and I no longer wanted them. I did not receive a response.I followed up on December 27 asking for a status and reiterating that I no longer wanted the missing keys and instead wanted a refund for the product I had not received. I did not receive a response. I emailed once more on January 31, 2024 reiterating what I had already stated, and letting them know that if I did not receive a response, I would be looking into the other channels through which I could pursue resolution. Once again, I did not receive a response.

      On about December 8th 2023 I purchased four replacement keys for my logitec keyboard. A few days later the company responded stating that the keys were out of stock but they would be getting more soon. They provided the options to get a refund or continue with the purchase and they would send the products as soon as they arrived stating it ould be between ***** days. Sixty days later now I still have not received the items. I have emailed the company multiple times contacting the same email address used in which they contacted me previously with no response. I continue to receive error emails stating that the companies email address is invalid. I have called the number you have listed along with the number on their website and both are invalid.

      I placed an order with this company on 01/31/2024, with a promised delivery of 3-6 days. Its now been 9 days and my order status on their web site has not been updated since the order date. Its never changed from Awaiting Fulfillment status, despite the item being listed as in stock.Ive sent three emails to their customer service address over the past few days *********************************************************** with no response whatsoever. Also, the phone number listed on their web site *************) has been disconnected.The total cost for my order was only $10.78 USD, which I realize isnt much. However, if you consider theyre very likely scamming hundreds if not thousands of people, that works out to a very good chunk of change.After reviewing the number of unanswered complaints here, I can only conclude that this company is a complete scam and I simply want my money back. If I dont get a response from them here soon (and I mean SOON), Im pursuing reversing charges with my bank, then reporting them to the *************************

      I ordered keys on Jan 9th, got an email saying my label was ************* weeks later have not received anything and one email saying it was delayed due to out of parts. Website phone number doesnt work, email no responses.

      This is the second time I've had to get money back from a product that has never came from this business. I ordered 4 keys on June 17, 2023. On June 20th ******************************************** production, i decided to wait for it. On June 27th 2023 I sent them an email stating that i haven't received the product and that i changed the address. I did not ever get a reply back and 6 months later still haven't gotten anything from them, i want a refund of the money i paid for or if they have the product to send it to me because i do still want the keys. I will provide documents with the receipt of purchase and an email from them and a reply from me.

      date:11/21/23 order# ****** placed order and was sent, but not arrived yet.according to the tracking EPG020947200461368 it was sent to LA and given to **** UN000253058US on dec 8/23.No further information is given.Have tried to contact the company several times but their is no response as they are the ones that need to request tracking.Form other reviews most are saying this is more of a fraud business.Not really concerned about the $$, more that they are still able to operate and not held accountable for what they do.

      I placed an order from this company on July 20, 2023. I received notice of shipment on July 20, 2023. On checking the shipment status, it never changed from "Shipping Info Received" and the items were never shipped. I sent an email to the company on August 7, 2023 requesting a status and never received a response. I sent a second email to the company on October 2, 2023 and also never received a response. I have attached all of those documents as well as a screenshot of the current shipping status of January 8, **** which still shows "Shipping info Received." Thank you so much for your help.
