    $100 Gift card purchased by family member on May 1, 2024. I received the card on approximately May 5, 2024. On May 24th( approximate)we checked balance only to find that the balance was zero and that there was a charge of $100 charged against the card on May 16th at Target store in **********************. Notified **** and filed complaint with **** fraud (Case # DS0683942). They requested additional documentation which was submitted. Was advised it could take up to 90 days to resolve dispute. Called several times only to be put on hold for over 30+ minutes only to be told that they are working on it. Treated like the suspect not the victim.

    I am in desperate need of assistance. I purchased two **** Vanilla Gift Cards ($100 each) and sent to my granddaughter in *** where they were stolen in late April 2023. As soon as I was informed of this, I called the **** postal inspectors and **** Gift Card in Mid-May. I emailed them the receipts, license and a copy of a bill to verify my address. I eventually received one $100 card. I have been calling once a week since mid-June for an update on the second card. Each time I call, I am on hold between 15 - 50 minutes and get the exact same response (verbatim) -- "it is in the solutions department, and I should call back in 2 - 4 business days." I had the case escalated to a supervisor, ***** on 7/25/23 and got the exact same response as the previous times. ***************************
