      I purchased a **** vanilla gift card and loaded it with $5000 on February 15th 2024 when I went to use the card my funds were gone

      $100 Gift card purchased by family member on May 1, 2024. I received the card on approximately May 5, 2024. On May 24th( approximate)we checked balance only to find that the balance was zero and that there was a charge of $100 charged against the card on May 16th at Target store in **********************. Notified **** and filed complaint with **** fraud (Case # DS0683942). They requested additional documentation which was submitted. Was advised it could take up to 90 days to resolve dispute. Called several times only to be put on hold for over 30+ minutes only to be told that they are working on it. Treated like the suspect not the victim.

      Purchased a **** Gift Card in or around Dec.18,2023. When we opened it the numbers were scratched off so we been calling multiple times to get it replaced. Nothing has been resolved only excuses.Thank u for your help

      I purchased a ************ Gift Card from ******* on 12/20 /23 in the amount of $200.00. The card only has 12 numbers on the front and has no security code on the back. I've contacted **** Gift Card on this problem, and they have given me a case No. *********. My problem is that they requested me to send copies of the card front and back along with the receipt from ******* to this email address ********************** I have sent these items several times now and as of today **** Gift states they have not received these items. When I call customer service I get a person who is located outside the ** and has no ability to give me any additional info on how to correct this problem. They just keep telling me without these items the case cannot go forward. Im now at my wits end with **** Gift Card as they have my money and are doing everything to avoid giving it back to me.

      I received 2 $100 **** gift cards with the number scratched off so they are unable to be used. I called the customer service number and they requested an email proving this. I sent emails and have yet to receive a response since January.

      We were given five $100 ************ Gift Cards. When we went to use them, none of them would work. We called the number on the back of the card. After speaking to multiple agents over the course of a week, we finally got someone who canceled the cards and said we would receive the replacement cards via ***** in 3-5 days. When that did not happen, we called back. They said they had a record that the new cards were sent, but could not provide me with a tracking number. Told me to call back in 5 more days if the new cards didn't arrive. Did what I was told, and still no resolution. We have been contacting the company for over a month, and are still out $500.

      I received a gift card back in February 2023. I want to say with $100 gift card. I tried using it a few months later while it was still closed and the funds were already used a month later. I contacted the department and they told me I would need to get a receipt from the individual who gave me this gift card and which they dont have so now Im out of $100. I also received another gift card for $50 during Christmas And we use it at target. Unfortunately I had to return something and they refunded me back to that gift card and which I no longer have. I contacted target they told me to contact the merchant. The merchant said they cant do anything else without the actual physical card which we dont have anymore so Im now a total of $121.89 Because of these gift cards I need help getting them replaced and my money back

      I bought a 3 pack of $20 gift cards from Target, in *****************, **********. The cost was $68.50. I purchased the gift cards on 12/23/2023 to give as gifts. I gave 2 cards away, and tried using the third card. The card is declined everywhere Ive tried to use it. I called the customer service number on the back of the card and was given various nonsensical reasons for the cards decline. I asked for a replacement card and was told NO! I am sure the cards that I gifted to friends are also declining.

      I purchased a ************ GC on 4/8/2023. I have also filed a complaint against **************** the issuing bank. The card was drained less than 8 hours after I purchased it. I have spent hours on the phone, sending emails, scanning documents and just being given the runaround. Finally in August I received an email that stated they denied my dispute. I was in possession of the physical card and the purchase receipt yet I am expected to take this loss? There is a serious problem with the issuing Financial institution **************** and the perception is that this is internal fraud. They are failing to do their due diligence when investigating the gift cards that are hacked or tampered with and their customer service is incompetent. The hold times are well over an hour each time you call in, the representatives are arrogant and be assured you will get disconnected at least twice. My GC was used less then 8 hours after I purchased it at a gambling website. How hard is it to verify who owns the account on that site that used my gift card. **************** has **** complaints and growing on the BBB. At this point the *************************** is nowhere near what I should be compensated for. My time is as valuable as anyone's and I should not of had to put the hours in only to be told too bad. I will never EVER purchase another **** GC. **** should be ashamed at letting these complaints escalate and continue. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against **** and ****************!
